Misleading business practices, no refund, and serious concerns about transparency
My experience with CanadaHealth VIP (also operating as Rebright Limited) has been extremely negative.
I purchased their skin patches based on claims that they support weight loss. Within about three weeks of consistent use, it was clear they did not work. Worse, the patches caused significant skin irritation—some areas became very sensitive, and in certain spots the skin was left raw after removing them.
I paid through PayPal and contacted the company to request a refund. They refused, citing internal policies that override what was advertised at the time of purchase. I did not receive any refund.
I also have serious concerns about transparency. The marketing presents the company in a way that suggests a Canadian connection, but my experience—including packaging, shipping, and overall handling—strongly suggested the products were shipped from China, which was not made clear at the time of purchase.
The combination of ineffective products, ultimately branded as a product from the USA, a lack of accountability, and a refusal to resolve the issue raises major concerns about how this business operates.
Be aware: based on my experience, customers may not receive the support or refunds they expect. I strongly urge consumer protection authorities in Canada and payment platforms to review these practices, and I encourage others to proceed with caution.
