Very reliable
I’ve used Canada Pet Care for years. Won’t go anywhere else

Great company. They always have a coupon code to use. They give you points on your order to use for money off future transactions. Website is easy to navigate through. Prices are fair. Shipping is decent. They offer tracking. Look for your tracking number in your recent orders if you're not provided with one. Click on tracking number. Give it two weeks to receive the item if you're in the USA.

Great service! I had to change the weight for my pet's automated order and the customer service team did so without a hiccup.

I wish I could leave a positive review, but I still haven’t received the product. Customer service was unhelpful and offered no solutions. Despite the delays, they had no issue withdrawing the payment from my account promptly. I even paid extra for tracking information, which I only received after contacting customer service myself. Extremely disappointing experience.

Website is easy to use, items shipped promptly. Reasonable prices vs. buying from a veterinarian.

I ordered my bravecto for cats and dogs. I chose not to have tracking. It arrived in the 7-10 day time frame as it states on website. Packaged well! Price excellent. I will continue to order as previous orders have all came excellently.

With two large dogs, monthly preventatives are expensive. Canada Pet Care is affordable. It takes a bit of time to receive something, so plan ahead. And know that the boxes will likely be a little squashed when they arrive, but the meds are sealed and in the two-ish years I've been using Canada Pet Care, my dogs have not gotten any ticks.

As a volunteer and foster for a small cat rescue I buy flea protection and other products for my fosters as well as for my personal animals. I so appreciate the ability to purchase things without a prescription and at a reduced cost in comparison to veterinary clinics cost
