I ordered 3 Seresto Collars for large dogs. They arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, all 3 Seresto Collars were counterfeit! Tony, the Customer Service Representative for Canada Pet Care refunded the total purchase amount.

Canadapetcare.com appears to me to be a highly suspect business. I was looking for a picture of Bernie Madoff on their website, as their Ambassador, but I did not find a picture of Bernie.

Here is the insanity of my dealings with canadapetcare.com:

First, my credit card company tells me that the charge to my credit card, by canadapetcare.com originated in Mauritius. I had to look that place up. There is nothing redeeming about Mauritius.

Second, despite canadapetcare.com’s reference to Canada, their website shows their place of business is in the United Kingdom. Are you confused yet, is this business flagged as a Canadian business, in Canada, Mauritius, or the United Kingdom?

Third, I tried to reach these suspect characters by phone, during business hours in North America, multiple times. Forget that, my calls went to their voicemail, and I received no call back.

Fourth, the functionality of canadapetcare.com’s website is awful. I use a very high speed Internet connection, and it was near impossible to navigate canadapetcare.com.

Fifth, I received an email from canadapetcare.com, advising me that despite the medication being labeled in “pounds” on their website, the packaging of the medication that we receive, will be in kilograms, and, oh, by the way, the medication will be coming from Singapore, or Australia.

Smell like a rat? I went back to canadapetcare.com to look for Bernie Madoff’s picture, still, I can’t find Bernie’s picture. Then, I cancelled our order, and shut down my credit card. I regret giving canadapetcare.com my demographic information, and former credit card information.

BUYER BEWARE!

I tried placing an order 5 times and kept getting messages transaction failed. I tried calling just as many times and got no answer. Then a failed order went through only to be followed up by an email saying, " urgent verification required". More attempts to call. Finally, I got someone who then requested I submit a photo of my debit card. It was getting way too fishy for my comfort. They also said my items would be in ' different packaging'. It all screamed ' not a legitimate company'. I asked them to cancel and will go pay more at my local vet in the U.S.

For several years I have ordered from CanadaVet but placed an order with CanadaPetCare by accident. As soon as I placed the order, I received a pop up saying transaction had failed. But sure enough the funds came out of my banking account. No email from them either. I will place an order with my usual CanadaVet and wait to see if the CanadaPetCare shows up.

Been using them for years! Always reliable and the best prices around! Highly recommend!

I don't even bother shopping around for my fur babies' meds anymore. I just go to Canada Pet Care to place my order. I know I'm getting the best deal out there!

Canadapetcare is a trusted online store!! You get what they offer at a nice price!!

My pet baby products came, they were affordable and they came just in time. They have a faithful customer. I will buy again for my pet baby. I never used them before, but they didn't disappoint me, I'm a very happy customer.

Best Product to keep our Pets safe and healthy

I placed an order on 12/28 as of 1/20 still have not received. The name made me believe i was getting medication from Canada. My tracking was not updated until after my first call two weeks after order was placed. Then it was updated, to my surprise it stated it was in France?!?! Why?? No answer has been given to why. My concern is that this is not a reputable company and the medication is not true.

I went to make almost a $400 purchase and my bank (20 yr relationship) flagged the purchase. It was NOT being processed in Canada but through the island of
MAURITIUS. I called Canadapet and got a hold of someone who was 1. hard to understand 2. would not transfer my call to a different customer rep. 3. told me how long they were in business and other stuff on their website (I had read). I understand they have a high rating from Trustpilot, with whom I am not familiar. The rep tried to be informative but not to my bank's or my satisfaction. I asked for other references and go RADIO SILENCE as I am writing this review and it continues. Another valid source of legitimacy would be appreciated.

I ordered Apoquel on 12/15/24. I’ve been told it shipped out on 12/16/24. I have ordered from this business multiple times before without any shipping delays. I called 2 weeks ago to let them know I hadn’t received it. Today, 1/11/25, I tried to call and had to leave a message. I’ve had to buy some medication from my vet because I ran out. It’s been 27 days since I ordered. Will Update this review when I can get ahold of a live customer service rep.

Update: I spoke with a representative on 1/11/25. Was told my order was being held up in Customs. Well, another order by a different Canadian company by me placed on 12/27/24 arrived here 2 days ago so I don’t know if I’m being told the full story. After declining a 10% discount for a future order and requesting a refund, I was granted the refund. Now I’ll update after I receive that refund.

Ordering products from CanadaPetCare is the best deal ever from prices, receiving my orders, auto shipment and customer service all make life much easier and less stressful than you can imagine! Give it a try, you won’t regret it!
