Lack of transparency regarding…
Lack of transparency regarding purchases. Virtually nothing is returnable and those that are at their discretion. Poor customer relations given most of these items are sold elsewhere. Why Amazon wins. Very disappointed.

Slow delivery despite paying for…
Slow delivery despite paying for express, confusing process, received about 4-5 different calls to set up delivery, asked to confirm over email 2-3 times, delivery could only be done from 7-11pm which is quite late, all felt like a difficult process

I paid extra for one day shipping
I paid extra for one day shipping. It took 12 days. When I followed up the reply didn’t make sense. The packaging was bad. The stuffie was squashed and difficult to re-shape. I will not order from this company again.
