Hardware is solid but their software side, performance and web experience need big big revamp from ground-up not just UI enhancements. Company with such a good product should have SOLID software team. Current team looks very very naive. They should immediately take drastic changes if they want to become big. If they can't manage in-house software development then leadership should hire some expert software deveopment agency but this problem should be permanently fixed. Never release beta version to all users or at least have mechanism to rollback quickly if it does not work. Other option is have button there that helps user to quickly move to older version if they face issues with the beta/newer version. There is no point in showing loader for infinite time to your paying customers.
Trust me, I'm your biggest supporter and want to see you do great! I would love to change this review to 5 star if you fix all these issues.
