Price well below RRP. Order sent out quickly and well packaged. Arrived well within the time. Legitimate site.
The package did not arrive. After 1 attempt it was returned to the sender. Better would be to leave it in a local post office.

Items missing from shipment
After numerous successful and substantial (between 250 and 800 Euro) orders from CampZ and Bikester, this is the first time that items are missing (Toko Ski Vise World Cup and Toko T8 800 W Fer à farter EU) when I returned home from vacation on March 6th and opened the package. There is no number to phone and I do not know how responsive CampZ will be.
I would like to receive the two missing items ASAP.

Very poor customer support! I ordered a pair of shoes on campz.ch, which arrived in different sizes. The customer service was not replying either on emails/website inquiry or on the phone. No email confirmations on the inquiries through the website were received (all the information was correct/spam box checked). Could be a good online store but not with such a customer support

My package was missing my 500-euro tent. Other small items arrived and I saw that the whole package was marked as"delivered" on the system. Of course I became very anxious and confused. I asked the customer service immediately. Order #: CFR1385063
After five days they finally contacted me saying that the item should've been in the box... but it wasn't. There's no phone number for me to contact. Their immediate customer care is non-existent and I had to cancel my trekking trip eventually. I am still waiting for any news for my tent and it's been 10 days after the delivery.

Very bad service: I returned 2 items, Campz told me they received only 1 item. These were together in the same box. Now I'm not receiving the reimbursement. The core of the problem is that the return process is paper-based. When you return, you cannot select the items to return in the on-line system, you just have to mark them on the return paper. It's all human work with human errors. Now I'm trying to have an email conversation to get reimbursed, but the response from Campz is negative ("we didn't receive the item" is all they say)....

My order has been canceled for no reason. That was 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for a refund.
Terrible customer service, they send you mails with a mix of automatic answer and answers full of misspelling.

First class company. Great website, great products and great prices.
The french website is incredibly slow: each page takes few minutes to load, specially if you set any filter. I also searched, for example, in the italian one and the pages have the same benchmark of Zalando.
The quantity and quality of the merchandise is large: we can compare price and brand. Photos of the merchandise can be better, specially for what regards the magnified photo: it is the same photo, just larger and the resolution is poor to look for details (I am sorry, I am picky about what I want to buy). Delivery faster than what I expected. The 2 stars are for the slowness of website and poor photos. You can improve. (Indeed I am searching my customer number and the page does not load, 1 star).
