Just rented van for a few days
Cannot speak highly enough of the service we got
Van was in top condition with everything you need .
I was even able to phone in the evening to check on a few things and got a reply straight away .
As i said this company is 100%

Made it very easy for pick up and drop off
Great camper and very easy and pleasant to deal with throughout the whole process

Just returned a beautiful Campervan to Campervan Ireland. It was our very first experience renting one and the team were just amazing. Gerard & Martina couldn't have been more helpful with everything. We really enjoyed our first Campervan experience and will definitely be a returning customer.

What an amazing experience! Decided to take a quick weekend away and see the scenery of the west coast of ireland. Process was quick easy and most importantly affordable. Martina was excellent at organising the collection and pickup of the camper and it came with everything we needed. will definitely be booking a longer trip in one of their bigger motorhomes later in the year.

Had a lovely trip to Ireland thanks to Campervan Ireland. Flawless process from start to finish. The camper we got was mint condition and super easy to drive (as someone how’s never driven one before)

Just got back from a weekend exploring Ireland and we’re so happy we Hired a Campervan from here. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Martina, who really took the time to go through everything with us. Didn’t have any unexpected fees or anything like that which I have had a couple of times before when using other companies.

The 4 Berth van had plenty of space for us (2 people) and had everything we needed.

There’s other areas of Ireland we wish to explore and we’ll definitely be using Campervan Ireland Rentals again!!

Overall v good, had a slight hiccup with the vehicle collection, but Martina resolved within 15 minutes and we were off on our trip up the West Coast. I had to call the support team twice to figure out how a few things worked, and they were very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Great experience with both the booking process and the quality of the vehicle was brilliant. The customer support was fantastic from start to finish!

Shady business practices - avoid at all costs!

My girlfriend and I rented a camper with this company back in July for a one week road trip. The vehicle itself was fine with no major issues or complaints there.
However, what leaves a sour taste in my mouth is how this company communicates and deals with payments. We were requested to pay a deposit in the range of 1600 euros up- front rather than blocking the amount on our credit cards like most other companies would do. After returning the van, we were given the go ahead that everything was in order (no damages to report) and that the deposit would be transfered back within two weeks. In the end we received an amount approximately 125 euro short of the full deposit. I contacted their customer service team who could not give an answer why this was the case and said that they would look into it with the accounts team. Another two weeks had passed with no answer so I contacted them again only to be told that they still need to look into it. I've given several reminders over the past months and have yet to receive and acceptable reason why they can't return the full deposit. This kind of behaviour is extremely unprofessional and outright fraud. I have read recent reviews of this company where the complete deposit was kept with no reason given. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS to save yourself the headache of chasing them down for money for months to follow. It's a real shame that their customer service team chose to act like this given that the van itself was great and the pickup went smooth.

I wouldn’t use this company again, I had so much difficulty getting my £1500 deposit back, I made several phone calls, but didn’t want to talk to me on the phone, just wanted to hide behind txt messages, very unprofessional. but was eventually told to take it up with stripe there card machine company knowing fine rightly that they couldn’t disclose any information to me as it wasn’t my card machine.
I eventually got my refund after 2 weeks of txting and making unanswered phone calls.
I eventually had to contact my credit card company to have it investigated to get my refund.
The money should not have been removed from my credit card, it should have been put on pending and released on return of the vehicle, like any other car hire company.
I am so disappointed with the service I received and definitely won’t be using their company again.
