I sent email and I called Ken but they said sorry we help very fast. So many times asking about my return items.
Before they were very good and I hadn't any problem but now I have big problems with compadre service.

Extremely poor communication and…
Extremely poor communication and service. Despite of my order got very delayed, i haven’t received any communication. I have proactively followed up on the status. Once i have received an answer that one item is missing, two weeks later there were two items missing. Since they dont support partial delivery, all my delivery was delayed. I have decided to cancel items that were missing, however, they have cancelled all order. Three month of waiting time, lots of emails and time spend, no items received. Waste of time!
