Good product at a reasonable price and quick delivery!

I am customer from Campadre from the first minute and love their product and prices. But what i really love is the great customer service!
Products can not be always perfect and all orders are not perfect, of course. Who is perfect. But the customer service from Campadre always try to help and is always willing to find a solution!

I give 5 stars because Campadre really earn it and i hope i will find also in future many, many, many nice products there!

I'm so very happy with my purchase and the delivery of it.

Quality products especially hand and shoulder bags for those that I have bought so far. Super satisfied. My last delivery was on time.

If only they had in stock what they advised!

Campadre has nice things, which is the only reason for the 2 star rating. The products are great, definitely, and their prices are great, but Campadre is not always the cheapest place if you do your research.

However, it's no use to have good prices and good products when you can't deliver. I've made 2 orders with Campadre, and the same thing happened with both orders (one was before Christmas and the last one a month ago). The day of delivery I get an email that they can't deliver and will get back to me with a new delivery date. UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE! That's all I have to say about that.

I tell them to cancel my order this time around and they do. Not the quickest reply from customer service, but it is what it is.

Today, 7 days after cancelling my order, I get money back from two of the items I bought. I'm sure that the rest will come at any time, but I can't understand how difficult it is to just refund the full amount, instead of refunding for each item. It really shouldn't have to be that difficult!

Will I ever shop at Campadre again, probably not. Not unless I can live with their false delivery dates and the unkown of when an order can be actually delivered, the lack of communication prior to delivery and their over-all unprofessional way of doing business.

Jag ångrar att jag har gjort beställning från Campadre. Jätte dålig med leverans. It can take forever for you to receive your delivery and they charge you 79kr for withdrawal and return.

Very nice website, actually had the best prices online!! Delivery was outstanding. Keep it up

try sending our orders at least in 3 days and try to be specific like other companies I have ordered my good last year before Christmas but I have not received any notification about what is going on. Why take this long why keep a client for a month waiting for their order
improve that, please !!!!!
