False advertising
The ring stands are nothing like advertised. Not the same shape or quality, and half the size of measurements that are listed online - useless for using for rings.
Their compensation was refunding half of the price - requesting to return it for full refund meant paying for shipping and a restocking fee (even though its due to false advertising and not change of mind) - not worth it! Poor service for false advertising.

I reached out to Camille and Stone when I noticed something on my necklace. Emmy was very helpful and she made sure to address my concerns and sent a replacement as soon as possible. Their customer service is above and beyond and I cannot recommend them enough.
Fantastic Service!
Customer service response was very timely and friendly. Jenny was fantastic! She went above and beyond to ensure the company could help me when I received some earrings for a present a year after purchase and they were faulty. Whilst the order was outside their 12 month warranty by two months, Jenny made sure I was looked after. I’m yet to receive the new earrings but really happy with how attentive the staff at Camile and Stone are. They really care for their customers.

I have had a great experience with Camile and Stone. Wifey absolutely loved the jewellery for Xmas! Communication was great and I was able to alter delivery to suit our availability. I accidentally ordered 2 of the same item and Emmy from customer support was super helpful so n organising an exchange in due course.

I received my lovely ring today. I had to exchange the first one as I ordered the wrong size. Emmy was great, and organised the replacement for me. She kept me updated on each stage of the exchange. Thankyou Emmy & Camile & Stone.
Earrings
I had bought earrings but when I tried to work them out they were faulty and I sent them a message in regards to this, they apologised and sent me a replacement promptly. I am very happy with their customer service

Disappointed
Wouldn’t recommend. Got express shipping and they say allow for 7 business days but ended up taking a few weeks. My whole order didn’t come. They didn’t pack the cuff bracelet,
Earrings and the mystery gift. I tried emailing and texting them and got no response, so pretty much lost my money. Just a bit disappointed because this was meant to be a special gift for my fiancé.
Also no help with locket photos which was so annoying to print the right size photo

Great quality products! Did a big order for Christmas and everyone loved their gifts. Usually my ears get sore from new jewellry but they did not react at all to the earrings I bought.
Great customer service
The friendly customer service I received after an unfortunate factory defect really impressed me and increased my trust in Camile and Stone! I sent through an email with photos and received a refund within a few days of Emmy confirming the defect. Great customer service is rare these days so I definitely appreciate it and I will be back to order more just based on this experience alone.
The other products I received have all been great. I've worn most of them almost every day since they came and there's no sign of tarnishing.
