Item lost by post and recived a new ring
Ordered a ring. All the tracking and shipping was good but postal service lost the ring. Contacted Camile and stone, delt with Jenny. She was super good in helping get a replacment sent asap. Thank you so much, girlfriend is super happy. Brilliant service and quick respone to reolve my concern.

I purchased x2 necklaces in early January. One necklace came and the other wasn't packed in my order. I emailed them about this issue and they took forever to respond which I could understand due to the Christmas holidays.
They sent me my necklace and it was resolved.
4 days later my necklace snapped in half!! 4 days of wearing this necklace it was already broken.
Once again I emailed them (multiple times) as I wasn't getting a response and after 2 weeks they finally responded saying they would send a new necklace as a replacement due to a "manufacturing fault".
Few months later, the necklace has broken once again!!! Still waiting for my email response, it's been 2 weeks and no reply. This company is horrible!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

A scam - and bad jewellery
Honestly, do not buy from this company - they are the worst.
I ordered a necklace and paid £20 express delivery. It took almost a month to arrive in the UK from Australia - by this point, it had missed the event I bought it for. Luckily, because the jewellery was pretty cheap and nasty.
I contacted them about a refund and it took them 3 weeks to respond to tell me how to send it back - there are no instructions on the website or when you receive the item. It cost me £20 to send it back and I never heard from them even once it had arrived on tracking. I emailed them about a refund and 2-3 times they tried to convince me to go with “110%” store credit as they had to dock £10 for all returns as part of a “restocking fee”. No mention of this as far as I can see when you purchase the item. The whole thing has cost me about £50 for the pleasure of purchasing and returning an item. Partially a scam, poor customer service and bad jewellery. Honestly, I think the positive reviews are paid for. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered an item as a gift for my sister, and it never arrived. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, and they have been absolutely no help whatsoever.
This is completely unacceptable. It’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received anything. All I want is my money back at this point. They haven’t made any effort to help me track the package or explain what’s going on with my order.
This is beyond disappointing — it’s terrible service. Absolutely awful customer support!

Horrible quality they advertise as great quality but I purchased a ring and it arrived completly damaged, the ring was bent and 6 of the diamonds had already come out. They then send a different ring and I wore it for not even 1 month and the diamonds fell out! They also didn’t want to give me a refund they tried giving me store credit but I emailed until they were able to give me a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

No discernable customer service.
An online retailer can offer the most desirable products in this world, but without at least good customer service, they will not survive to be a global entity.
So, Camile &Stone, my encounter with you was brief and highly unpleasant.
I ordered two pairs of earrings, but when confirmation was sent, one was incorrect.
I immediately, ( within one minute, ) sent multiple emails requesting that the situation be rectified.
I received no acknowledgement to any of my emails, however, was inundated with multiple discount offers!!!
If you want a customer to spend more of their money at your store, first, acknowledge, their valid request for assistance with the original order.
Not good business...not smart a retailer, no discernable ethics.

The buying experience was easy and quick. Shipping was fast. What made it exceptional was the customer service after delivery when my necklace was damaged. Immediately I was offered options and able to re order. Communication was speedy and my replacement item was on its way asap

I was really disappointed with the jewellery from Camille and Stone. The pieces felt extremely cheap and poorly made, far from the quality I expected. They were flimsy and looked like low-cost costume jewellery rather than something worth the price. It’s also important to know that they don’t offer refunds—only store credit or exchanges—which makes it even more frustrating if you’re unhappy with what you receive. Honestly, I would recommend being very cautious before purchasing, as the quality did not justify the cost and it felt like a waste of money.

Very slow to ship, missed promise date
Ordered from the UK to where website advises 3-6 days shipping. 6 days and multiple opaque tracking updates later (“arrived at origin point” etc) it transpires that only today is it due to leave Australia. Gift will miss my mum’s birthday tomorrow as a result.

Terrible refunds process
I ordered some tennis bracelets as gifts for bridesmaids, for the price I paid I wasn't expecting the highest quality, but I expected some nice-ish quality pieces. The bracelets I received felt flimsy and breakable, the quality I could get at Lovisa for much less, and I ultimately wasn't comfortable gifting them for the occasion.
The returns process is a complete runaround, it's already a hassle not having any kind of returns portal on the website to process returns, but I also dealt with some ridiculous back and fourth.
When I submitted my enquiry I got a bounce back email saying they would be in touch and asking for order number and name, I had included my order number already, and the enquiry came from the email I'd ordered with so I had assumed that was plenty of info, however didn't get a proper response until I replied to that. I stated I wanted a refund as per the website and was offered store credit or exchange with no mention of a refund, I had to specifically ask for the refund option (after I already had).
They provided the address to send my return to, the item arrived with Camile & Stone on the 25/02, I had no contact from them until I reached out on 06/03 to ask for an update.
Then I was asked what I had returned so they could cross check the items before they finally refunded me, minus a 10% processing fee. I again stated that I wanted a refund, I received a reply trying to convince me not to go with a refund and offering a 120% store credit – at this point I’m not sure why I have to continue to repeat and justify that I wanted a refund, it’s getting beyond a joke.
While a 10% processing fee already feels like a money grab, it is outlined in their policy and therefore I wasn't going to object, however after the back and fourth, being out of pocket for return postage for low quality, overpriced items, the ridiculous returns process, and me having to follow up every step of the way and state multiple times that I just want a refund, the 10% fee is unwarranted given the hoops they are making customers jump through to get a simple refund (as per their own policy).
I would not recommend Camile & Stone, the quality of their pieces is disappointing and their returns process is a nightmare. As far as customer service, I found the tactics used to push me towards not obtaining a refund pretty gross.
