Update on my previous review. Despite the company saying “good news” they have fixed it and it is on its way - nothing arrived for Christmas and the order still says it hasn’t been shipped.
And now they are promoting Boxing Day sales at 40% off. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES.
I will be putting in a report with ASIC and letting our bank know we have been scammed. Hopefully we can get a refund.
What a devastating thing to do to people over Christmas.

Parcel not delivered.
Ordered on 08 Dec for a Christmas present - said delivery in 2-4 days. It's now 24 Dec with no delivery. Checked the tracking and the package left their depot 19 Dec - 11 days after my order.
Dreadful and very misleading for people at Christmas.
I would advise to order now if you want to receive something for Xmas 2026!

Takes to long
Ordered on the 9th of December. In the website it says 2-4 days to make and then will be shipped. We are now at the 23rd of December and it hasn’t even been shipped yet. A Christmas present gone wrong and wasted money having to buy from somewhere else aswell.
Update to my order. Now on the 14th January and still no necklace or any real response from them, this has got to be a
scam. Avoid at all cost!!!!!

WARNING: Deceptive Aus location and HUGE customs charge
Ordered 4 necklaces for my bridesmaids, after being targeted with instagram adverts from C&S, lured in with great discounts and free delivery. As many others have said, it's unclear until after ordering that they are based in Australia, so shipping took several weeks. Royal Mail then emailed me saying there is a £42.51 customs charge due before they can release my parcel. It turns out my order was £2 over the threshold where fees would apply. At this point I had no choice but to pay because my items stuck in limbo with them.
On emailing to query C&S, they blamed me for not checking the fees.
I understand it is the customer's responsibility to pay these charges when they knowingly order from abroad. But C&S DELIBERATELY use a .uk web address, put everything in pounds and target UK social media, knowing they will attract a British customer base. It is absolutely their duty as the seller to add warnings at the checkout that customs fees may apply before people order, as I absolutely would not have spent the money with them.
In an era when people do their best to support independent businesses, do better!

Awaiting refund for returned order
I requested a refund for my order which was confirmed by return email, as well as a follow up email with detailed return instructions. I followed these instructions, returned my order by tracked post. Aus Post tracking confirms order was delivered on 5 December. So far have not received a refund. I have since contacted via email, text and online enquiry and received no response. I just want my money back. Especially at Christmas, I don’t have spare money to buy alternate gifts. Such terrible customer service. Will never purchase from here again. Disappointing to say the least.

Do not trust them
Ordered a necklace over 3 weeks before Christmas. Nowhere on the website does it say that it ships from Australia, else I would not have ordered from them. They guarantee quick shipping even to the UK, needless to say that is a lie. Christmas present ruined. Customer service do not respond to complaints.

Accidentally ordered an extra pair of earrings from the prompt at end after placing my order and the customer service team was so great and understanding of the situation and assisted me in organising a return straight away. I was assisted by Jenny and she truly was an amazing help!

Once I received them I saw straight away that the size of the earrings was way too large (so I haven’t worn them)…the bracelet I found was a very yellow gold which is not what I expected…returned items via post on 5 December…as of yet I am still waiting for my refund…I have emailed many times but never receive a reply. Very disappointed customer.

I have sent 3 emails requesting an update on a delivery for an item I have purchased my wife for Christmas and have not had a single reply, I am solely relying on the DHL parcel tracking system which shows my delivery hasn’t moved since the 10th of December and is still in Australia. If they actually responded to explain why it is delayed or offer a refund as no guarantee for Christmas even though I ordered in plenty of time and the checkout stated it would. I am totally fed up with this company and the customer service from an aftersales point has been terrible, clearly ignoring emails.

Shocking customer service
I placed an order on 5th December '25 for an item for Xmas. Saw the delivery to UK was 5-7 business days which I was happy with. When by the 17th December and I'd still not heard back from my email enquiries chasing delivery, I tracked the order and could see the item is still in Sydney. I've had no response to my emails and am feeling so disappointed. It's now the 19th December and it's STILL in Sydney. So, that's my daughters Xmas present not happening. Thanks for such awful customer sevice. Don't promise 5-7 days if you know there's no way this can be fulfilled.

This is the first time writing a review. I was really really hoping the bad reviews were one off things, however unfortunately I experienced the same thing. I ordered items to wear on my birthday. And matching set for my sister in law and nothing, passed its delivery time frame, hasn't even handed the package to auspost just created label. Tried reaching out no response what so ever, tried finding them on Facebook or instagram. Nope Nothing Nada. I stupidly spent alot of money I shouldnt have on a scam. I emailed and stated if they do not resolve this with either refund or goods same day delivery. I will be sure to make a formal complaint and have others do so to.

The staff at Camile and Stone are what customer service is supposed to be. Products are very pretty and if you happen to have an unfortunate issue with one or more items, they will go above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience.
No after sale contact!
I ordered a bracelet as a gift for my partner. It arrived with no issues, and the quality of the item looks good. This is as far as the "good side" of my experience with Camile and Stone goes. The bracelet is too big for my partner and I have been advised not to try and remove links due to its design. I then contacted C & S for a return and have been so far ignored (1 week and counting). I have tried their online form, their web chat service, text on the number listed on their website (the voicemail for this number is full and doesn't accept calls - what a shock), and their "influencer" email address. I suspect they will wait until the 30 day return period expires before getting a reply. Pathetic customer service to say the least - I'd use other words but not too sure they're permitted on here. Do yourself a favor and purchase something in person or go to an actual established brand. To Camile and Stone: I look forward to your robot generated message apologizing for this due to how busy you are with Black Friday Sales & continuing to do nothing after.
Edit after owners reply below: I have already included the order number with my returned parcel. It arrived at your depot almost 2 weeks ago and it’s still dead silent from your end. Absolutely shambolic display from your customer service department.

Absolutely appalled to say the least…
Absolutely appalled to say the least with the lack of service. Purchased something on the 10/12/25 the next day i got an email saying shipped with tracking number. Every since the 11/12/25 there has been no contact, dispite my many attempts. The carrier said although it has their tracking number they haven't picked it up from them at all, as of the 16/12. This was meant to be a 3 to 5 business day tracking. Ended up lodging through payment provided to try and get a refund because i dont want to pay for something i havent received and somethong they aren't even going to provide. Now its a generic response to comments on facebook.
