I bought camera lens and it arrived in a week.
Lens is working without any problems so far and is in perfect condition no scathes or any other defects.
Customer service responded within a day when I requested update on my order.
The price for the lens was really good and best I could find comparing to all the other retailers.

All good, but communication could have been better but all pleased with speed in delivery.

After looking at various sellers and seeing the cost of £2200+ I was very wary of buying from Cameradori at a much cheaper price, however I was more than happy with the camera and there very efficient service. It was delivered within the estimated delivery time and in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Excellent service from Camerasdori.
I initially had some problems with placing the order, they came back to me very quickly by email prior to ordering.
Once ordered, the delivery came through in 7 days. All items ordered were exactly as expected and very well packaged.
Will definitely use again, particularly when saving approximately 40% on many items.

It was the very first time to buy a camera from a store like Camerasdori and I was sceptical at first. After I read all the positive reviews in Trustpilot I felt better and made an order of a Nikon z8. The process was very easy and not complicated. I made the order and after 16 working days, I received the package. The Camera is in perfect un-opened condition and I feel fantastic that I bought almost 1500€ less than the current price in the shops.

Excellent service at a brilliant price. Arrived before promised time

Bought the OM-1 Mark II kit with the 12-40mm f/2.8 PRO II here. New, not used, not refurbished.

Here's how it went.

The battery was flat. Completely. On its own that doesn't mean much, maybe they test with a different one, but this shop says it checks products before they ship, and after everything else I found I'm not sure what that check actually involves.

The battery door doesn't close flush. Part of it stays raised and you can feel it with your finger, it's not something you need good light to spot. On a body that's sold as weather sealed.

The SD door is loose and soft. No proper click to it.

There are visible imperfections in the viewfinder.

And the autofocus doesn't work properly. Consistently, not now and then. I'm not going to tell you whether it's the body, the lens, or the two not talking to each other, because I don't know and I'm not going to pretend I do. What I know is that the kit doesn't focus like it should.

Take any one of these on its own and you can talk yourself into an explanation. Five of them, at this price, on something sold as new, is a different conversation. I can't prove the camera had been used before so I'm not saying it. I'm telling you what came out of the box.

A faulty camera under warranty is an annoyance. A faulty camera with no warranty is just an expensive paperweight, and that's where I am.

Because when I went looking for help, I learned what buying a parallel import actually means. OM System says on its own European site that products brought into Europe outside its authorised network aren't covered by its warranty, that no warranty claims can be made on them, and that authorised service centres here won't carry out warranty repairs on them. Their words, on their site. Takes two minutes to check.

So the warranty you assume you're getting isn't there. All you have is the shop's own, and using it means putting an expensive camera in a box and sending it back out of the country.

Looking back, the discount was basically the price of the warranty I didn't get. That's a fine trade if nothing goes wrong. Mine went wrong.

Read their terms before you order. Their returns policy allows a restocking fee of up to 30 percent on anything sent back showing signs of handling or use. And the contract runs under the laws of England and Wales, exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, which is worth thinking about if you're buying from Spain like I was.

Their policy does treat faulty items differently, I'm not pretending otherwise. But you still pay to ship it, you still carry the risk, and it's still them who decide what condition it turned up in. So I haven't returned it. Think about what that says. I sat down, did the maths, and concluded that keeping a broken camera was the safer bet than sending it back. That's the part I'd want to know before ordering.

Fair is fair on a couple of things. The parcel arrived safe and properly packed. The lens looks fine externally. The price included duties and nothing extra turned up at the door.

The money I saved wasn't the real price. The real price is an expensive camera with no manufacturer warranty here, nowhere authorised to repair it, and a return route that's long, costly and stacked their way. Mine arrived faulty, which is the exact moment all of that stops being an abstract risk.

If you buy here, at least know what you're buying. I wouldn't do it again.

I’m hoping someone from CamerasDori sees this as I’ve tried contacting them twice by email and also submitted the online contact form, but haven’t had a response.

I’ve ordered a camera that’s currently out of stock everywhere else, so I’d really just like confirmation that they have it in stock and that my order will be fulfilled within the time frame online. It was a lot of money to spend, so if there’s an issue with stock I’d rather know sooner rather than later and start the refund process.

I’ve seen lots of great reviews about their communication, so I’m hoping someone can get back to me regarding my order (#20260816000035)

UPDATE as of 24/08 : I’m still waiting for my cancellation and full refund to be processed.

I was told on 19th August that your logistics team had been contacted to put the shipment on hold and that you would proceed with cancelling the order and processing my full refund. I’ve since followed up several times, including again on Friday, but I still haven’t received a response or confirmation of my refund.

I really don’t want to keep having to chase this through Trustpilot just to get a response. Please could someone get back to me and confirm when my refund will be processed?

Cheapest Nikon Coolpix P1100 but one, and that one looked like an unreliable source. Camerasdori were as good as their best reviews. Order was confirmed quickly and after a couple of weeks I got notice of dispatch. The camera arrived very soon after. The box had been opened, and all retail parts were included, in English, and with the camera language set to English. The camera is clearly brand new and in excellent order. The packaging was very robust and well reinforced. I will shop with them in future with complete confidence.

First time using Cameras Dori, I purchased a Sony A7v and a Tamron 28-75mm G2 lens. Both arrived in about two and a half weeks brand new, exactly as described. I would HIGHLY recommend them to any perspective buyers, the price on everything was unbeatable value and the cheapest anywhere on the internet brand new. I look forward to buying from them again in the future!

To be fair everything went seamlessly from ordering my Nikon Coolpix P950 to actual delivery. A great saving on other prices I found online.
Good communications throughout, with tracking provided once in the UK.
I hope any after sales service (if required) is just as good. Time will tell, but the signs so far are good.

My camera was delivered, this is a success. Everything as expected. UPS as delivery service was bad.
