I am glad I have a TSB card with Fraud Protection. Do not get taken in by their phony website and self written reviews. They also trade under another two alises Camera Outlet online & the Music Project. Avoid total SCAM!!!

I have been scammed from this company i have phoned them 10 times each time i get passed over to voice mail i have left messages for a call back i have emaold them 5 times and get no response i have used the contact form may be 8 times but get no response dont loose your money

Total scam, ordered a drone, never came, the usual FedEx tracking Balloney! A total scam ! Luckily my credit card provider paid me the cost, I’m hounding the company every day now

Ordered a Drone on 24 November 2023, was initially sent a note saying this was out for delivery with a tracking number, Drone didnt arrive on date stated and when I check the tracking number it was showing delivered to Edinburgh, (no address shown), I reside miles away from Edinburgh and this was not the delivery address stated. Queried this with company who initially advised they would check, never got a response and on emailing the company a further twice, not receiving any replies of acknowledgement. Very poor service and I now suspect a scam

The only reason I'm giving one star is you can't give 0 stars...total scam, sent emails asking for updates with no formal answers back...keep the money, I hope you choke on it

I ordered a drone from this company back in May and paid the money. I have yet to receive the item. I sent them an email twice enquiring if this was in the way no response. I sent another message via chat on their website stating if they could not honour the sale then refund my payment. Still no reply absolutely disgraceful. Now you can’t even access there website.

No correspondence. Taken my money and have not received the product or even an email that says product been sent. Think it is a scam

Firstly the item I ordered arrived as described. I'll be honest that was a big relief as I was starting to be concerned. After spending almost £2000 on a product, I was alarmed that it took a full seven days between ordering the item I had paid for and being provided with
proof of dispatch and a tracking number.

This delay in postage was only communicated when I chased the company for updates. This should have been communicated by them. Communication between is also only possibly by email, as their phone number which is registered overseas has been disconnected from service.

For others buying from this site, they are good as their word and do provide the product as described, but expect to wait for it.

Horrible service, don't buy from this co. I ordered a viewfinder by mistake and emailed to have the order cancelled. Even though goods had not been picked up by their courier, they said they couldn't cancel it.
I read their t&c, i could cancel so i contacted them again. They were unhelpful. I called courier and was told they could cancel the delivery but when i contacted them, they refused to cancel it. So I've declined delivery with courier but I'm still not getting any refund. Companies emails to me are signed off with exclamations. Very rude service, I'm still trying to get my full refund but these guys are dragging their feet.
I cancelled the order on 21 Aug 2021 and today is 11 Sep 2021 still not refunded and getting attitude from them.
Buy at your peril.
