I have a babynest and a changing pillow from Cam Cam and I can't recommend it enough. Still using the changing pillow after 2 years. Incredibly durable products and really good customer service.

I love their products. The bed linens is such good quality, also the furniture is so beautiful. Delivery is also really fast, usually only 2 days.

I have ordered online some staff and it was very easy to shop- website very user friendly, pictures of products nice and clear. But I didnt know that my order is coming in 2 different packages, so when I have asked customer service where is the second package, nobody replied. Overal it was nice and I recommend to shop.

Bought an item that broke very quickly, it was a musical peacock pull string thing, the stitching came undone and the pull cord stopped working. Sent probably 15 emails and Instagram messages before I got a reply THREE MONTHS after the first one saying they'd replied but I had never emailed back - spoiler, they didn't reply. Said they'd sent me a replacement item but that was in March and it's now the end of May. 2 month delivery time seems unreasonable in 2021 it's not coming via pigeon. Honestly a joke, not worth the money, the hassle or the ignorance of customer service who just chin people off. Not the only one looking at these reviews!!

I ordered the Fiori nappy bag with matching changing mat, toiletry bag and child's backpack. I also got a dressing gown. There was a problem with the stitching of the lining in the nappy bag which they immediately sorted with a replacement.
The changing mat is so cute and folds much smaller and tidier than my previous portable changing mat. Feels nice and sturdy.
My 20month old also loves the backpack. Its a great little size for her to carry and fit her things for nursery. We also love the dressing gown has poppers down the front and not just the cord, so its super snuggly and practical to put on after bath time.
The toiletry bag is surprisingly spacious with a detachable pocket inside.
I got the Fiori nappy bag as I thought the design would be useful for use not only as a nappy bag. It's got loads of room inside and I cant wait to use it for a weekend bag.

I ordered my parcel on 28/2-2021, today is 16/4-2021 and i have yet to receive my parcel. 15/3-2021 i contacted Cam Cam by email and asked of the whereabouts of my parcel, they told me it was on its way. 23/3 i checked my tracking number and saw that my parcel had been returned to sender. I never received a message that my parcel was ready for pickup though, so i contacted Cam Cam again. 24/3-2021 they told me that they had made a mistake with my address, and that i would receive it shortly. 6/4-2021 i wrote them again and asked them where my parcel were, and now they tell me, that my package had been sent back to Holland and, as soon as they receive it there, it will be sent to me again. Given that Cam Cam made the mistakes and not me, i do not understand why i have to wait for the package to be sent back to Holland, why not just send me a new parcel, so that i could have it as soon as possible? Today is the 16/4-2021 and the parcel that i wanted to give three weeks after purchasing it has yet to arrive. The communication has been polite, but not apologetic.

Today is the 26/4-2021 and my parcel is STILL missing. Furthermore the "service" people via. email are not answering my questions. I have asked for a tracking number several times, i have asked how i will be compensated for the delay, and i have asked where my parcel is. The only response i get, is that it has now arrived in Holland, and will be sent back to me shortly. This is so disrespectful. The least you can do, is to answer the customers questions.

I'm so disappointed with the Cam Cam changing mat I purchased. It is very impractical for a changing mat - it says it is water repellent but I would disagree. The changing mat is actually pretty poor quality - the stitching started to pull after the first few weeks of using and the underneath is stained with urine where it has soaked through - in spite of me immediately wiping if an accident happens. Very overpriced. I am now having to throw away this product.

My experience with Cam Cam was easy, quick and I love love love the duvet and bedding that I purchased! I highly recommend.

I would totally recommend Cam Cam Copenhagen, especially their textile products as they are very resistant, enduring multiple wash without loosing softness, and they come in the cutest prints.
Their furniture, particularly the baby bed and the changing table, are highly practical without compromising on design - totally worth the extra buck.

The quality of the fabric is really good and totally worth it. Me and my girlfriend are super happy for all our CamCam products and i would definitely recommend them even though cheaper alternatives exist.
