Called this company 3 times about servicing my wood stove. I was told that no one was available but they took my name, number and address and said they would call back. No one called back ever. The last time I called I explained that no one was calling me back and that they should have my details logged in previous calls. They just hung up! This was a complete and utter waste of time and very unprofessional! Thee times is enough. Going elsewhere.

Absolutely delighted with our Woodburner and would not be without it. The communication and installation were excellent. Highly recommend.

I contacted Cambridge stoves nearly two weeks ago to get a quotation.
I was told someone would get back to me to discuss my needs. Nearly two weeks on I am still waiting for that phone call.
I can't review their work, however communication seems very very poor.

I felt well advised while I was choosing my stove. On the site visit all my questions were answered and the work needed explained well. I received emails at each stage of the process, explaining what was needed next. The men who installed the stove were very efficient, considerate and thorough; I found the installation fascinating to watch. The men gave me very good working instructions and I am confident that I will receive help if I do encounter a problem.

I recently installed a wood burner via Cambridge Stoves, and found that their customer service was very good. I was given a quote which was comparative with other companies and once accepted, an installation date was confirmed. I was kept informed every step of the way The two gentlemen who installed the stove were efficient and courteous, and kept the house very clean. All in all a very good experience.
