We designed and bought 2 bathrooms from St Ives branch in 2025 and were so pleased with we did 2 more in 2026. We had previously really struggled to make decisions and choose at other showrooms. Design and CAD service here really helped us visualise what our options were. Designer Steve was superb, supportive, helpful and sensible. Materials were competitively priced and delivered in one go, much easier than buying my own on line. In some cases cheaper than i could source myself.
Can't comment on their fitters as i used my own guy (who recommended Cambs Bathrooms in the first place). A couple of mistakes happened (not their fault) and these were professionally resolved.
I would 100% use again, and i did 6m later. I am super pleased with them.

I was a walk in customer to Cambridge bathrooms and began to talk with Lucia in the Sawston branch about what would be possible for an underused dressing room with no plumbing. She had some great ideas and came round to measure up two days later and produced several CAD designs. The following week I was offered a cancellation date from the fitters giving me 10 days to confirm and order parts.
Lucia was amazing and in a 1 hr meeting we confirmed the designs and ordered all the fixtures and fittings to be delivered on the start date.
The project ran like clockwork and in 3weeks, start to finish, I had a wonderful new bathroom, including new plaster walls, plumbing and electrical wiring and lighting.
I couldn’t be more amazed or delighted.
Communication was great all the way through with both the fitters, Scott Bradfield and Lucia from Cambridge Bathrooms.
We had a slight mid project change of tile configuration and I was able to order more feature tiles which I wanted with no fuss and the project was finished on time to a very high standard.
I am really pleased with the work and the teams that created it for me.

We’re very happy with the quality of the products and the final installation—everything looks great and has been done to a high standard. However, our overall experience was let down by a lack of clear communication throughout the process.

Several key details weren’t explained to us clearly, such as the fact that all fittings needed to be installed before Majestic could take the glass template, and that Majestic—not the plumber—would be handling the installation. This led to some confusion.

We also made a large payment in March/April, yet we only received detailed information about timelines much later. We're still waiting for completion in June. Given the significant investment, we felt we needed more guidance and hand-holding throughout the process.

While follow-ups were eventually made, we feel that both the clarity and consistency of communication need improvement to match the high standard of the products and workmanship.

Raising those concerns, we got the standard answer of: Thank you for providing your feedback, I will take this on board for future projects.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Found them helpful, patient, not pushy and understood what we wanted to achieve. Had a wealth of experience and gave practical and sensible advice. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My father, who is 88 used the Sawston Showroom, all style and no substance, what a joke this company is!!! Wrong advice given, so the design didn’t work when it came to installation. In addition he had wrong items delivered, items delivered broken, items delivered with parts missing. He had to re-order items so the design would work, was told it would be another three week wait for these new items to be delivered, six weeks later and over 15K later, he still has no washbasin, vanity unit and bathroom cabinet/mirror, so he is having to shave, clean teeth in the kitchen sink. Installation commenced on 8th July, for which two weeks was allowed; it’s now the 23rd August and we are still waiting for the project to be completed. We have had to chase Customer Service time and time again, who give no explanation as to why waiting for replacement items to be delivered stretches to five weeks, from the promised three. Avoid this bunch of cowboys at all cost, you would be mad to use them.

We used the services of the St Ives branch and dealt with Jack Green. The showroom is very impressive demonstrating lots of different ideas. We didn't use the design service, as we had our own ideas of what we wanted, so we provided our own plan and Jack put together a suggested range of products that would fit that plan.

We found Jack very helpful and he made some suggestions on the tiling including having a feature wall, which we wouldn't have thought of. Really pleased with the products and how it looks. Thought we had some issues when the goods arrived, although it turned out not to be the case, but Jack was right on it, went the extra mile, working late into the evening to find a resolution.

We found all the team very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend a visit to the showroom and a chat with Jack or any of the team there.

My experience with Cambridgeshire Bathrooms in St Ives was exceptional from start to finish. After visiting several bathroom showrooms with limited options and lack of vision, I was pleasantly surprised by Cambridgeshire Bathrooms' expansive showroom and diverse selection.
Jack, who assisted us, went above and beyond to accommodate our unique request of fitting both a shower and a bath in a compact space. Despite the room's limited dimensions, Jack utilized his creativity and expertise to come up with a design that not only met but exceeded our expectations.
The CAD software used by Cambridgeshire Bathrooms is top-notch, allowing us to visualize the design accurately and make necessary adjustments seamlessly. Although there was a longer lead time for a custom-sized shower tray, it was well worth the wait.
Throughout the process, any issues that arose were promptly addressed and resolved without hassle, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction.
We are thrilled with the end result and highly recommend Cambridgeshire Bathrooms and Jack for their excellent service, innovative designs, and attention to detail.

Worth every penny! Had our perfect bathroom designed and installed, fabulous service and attention to detail, no pressure selling and had time to go over all our questions and queries, knowledgeable and helpful on the design side and the fitters were amazing and fazed by nothing on what ( due to our difficult little G2 listed cottage ) was definitely not a straightforward job! Would recommend to anyone wanting a proper job done from start to finish!

Lovely company to deal with. Slightly busy at times but always return calls

Awful experience. I cannot recommend this company at all. We feel utterly cheated and now that we have paid for the measuring up, but then been told they can't do the job - we can't get the measuring fee back and they won't even give us a written report about the reasons they can't do the job as quoted.

They make a huge thing about their fancy showrooms but they are expensive (someone has to pay for the showrooms) - and the customer service is dreadful.

Do yourself a big favour and go somewhere else.
