Didn't show up at 8am as they said they would! I tried calling many times and they didn't even get back to me.

Plumber didn't even turn up
Plumber didn't even turn up, and when contacted over text said they would turn up later. They still didn't, and didn't even have the decency to apologise for the no-show. We will not be using them again.
When you organise to be at home and you organise an appointment in advance, it's fair to assume that the person will turn up.
