Totaly wrong shoe style and heel hide which is delivered, is reported as variation and need to be accepted.
It is like you order pasta and get a Pizza.
Totally unprofessional.

Dear Mr. Franck, happy that he is no longer ordering from us, it is evident that he was wrong target audience where to buy, not knowing what he was ordering and buying.
If you like mass-produced, industrial products, you will know where to buy them, but our artisan shoemaking, of decidedly superior quality, is not part of this category target.
We are sorry about your alleged disappointment, but we disagree in the totality of your statements that do not correspond to reality.
Defining "the style of the shoe totally wrong" and teaching the trade to a master craftsman, in addition to being a lack of respect for a craftsmanship, we also consider it an offense.
The products you ordered, made entirely by hand with selected materials, were made in full compliance with the quality and working standards that distinguish us. The materials used are real wood and high quality leather.
But after all, the satisfaction of multiple customers speaks for us, we certainly don't have to prove it.
With regard to small and marginal variations, as clearly communicated, and as you accepted by sending the order, in some cases, and for some types of models and heels, reasonable and acceptable variations are foreseen and foreseeable (from conditions sales), I remind you of the reasons:
1) For the type of craftsmanship, which by definition of the term, involves the hand processing of the models, which the craftsman realizes strictly following the catalog, but which not being built by a machine, makes the product unique, a mass-produced product, and what in the industrial product is considered a defect that depreciates its value is a unique peculiarity in the artisan one.
2) Small differences in the tone of the leather, or marginal differences in the heel line or heights, are communicated and are foreseen in the working context of a handmade product, with heels made by artisans who in the construction process may undergo minimal differences, which do not constitute grounds for complaint, and certainly do not affect the final result of excellent quality, and certainly do not devalue the mastery of the product made.
I remind you that if you want to buy pasta you don't have to call the pizzeria.
