Product is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ...... But I wish I would have been notified I could not sign up for Calor Gas bottles anywhere in the UK, to actually use the heater, due to COVID 19!! WHY???

Furious would be an understatement, and I want to know why??

If anyone at Calor Gas cares enough about customer service, please contact me and restore my faith, and I will sing from the highest mountain how amazing you are ..... right now, I can’t help but feel duped🤦‍♀️

Delivery prompt, well packaged. Instructions almost non-existent. Getting started not easy, couldn't have done it without YouTube.

It was a struggle getting my gas cylinder. I bought a 15kg gas cylinder, it only lasted a week. I'm not sure if they actually filled it up. I hope have not been scammed. I'm gonna have to buy a lagguage measure to be sure before I pay for it. But I need an explanation because it's too expensive to last only a week.

Ordered a Calor Provence which was delivered today. Everything was efficient and delivered quickly and with great care. To say I’m thrilled with the fire is an understatement! Dying to use it but it needs burning for couple hours first

Absolutely fantastic customer service. DHL damaged parcel twice. When I informed them,they sent out new item,the next day,and collected the faulty items. I would suggest they cancel dealing with DHL.

I searched On the site for outdoor gas heater S resulting in a selection of heaters including calor gas heaters I placed the order, this was very easily done with no delivery charge. However my husband suggested it wouldn’t be suitable for outside. When I made enquires on the phone this was verified and it was very easy to cancel order and the company were very responsive with refund.
Impressed, would return to this site again.

Very clear site but entering my contact details could be easier. I used the quick checkout but it was not that quick .Using post code search would be quicker and a space for delivery advice ( eg leave in porch ) would be useful. Delivery cost seems very reasonable for next day delivery.
