Delicious food, very reliable delivery. I utilise four times a week (Mon - Thurs) when in the office and is a game changer. Has helped me reassess the food I should be eating to help & in conjunction with my training.

The good stuff:

Food is varied and menu selection is big enough that there are plenty of options to swap if you don’t fancy the selection. Everything I’ve eaten so far has been well packaged, well cooked, tasty and filling.

Love how easy it is to track calories and macros and that I don’t have to think about what to make or actual prepare anything myself.

Now the bad:

All of the above is cancelled out by the unreliable delivery. I’m only on day 6 and 3 of my deliveries have been massively outside the stated 6-10.30 window. One of them didn’t turn up at all.

No way to track or contact the driver and though customer support are polite they can’t actually do anything.

The point of this service is to make my life easier because I am time poor but it’s a source of constant stress having to chase deliveries.

It’s a real shame as I can’t see me carrying on with the service as it’s just too unreliable.

Great food. Really good option sizes and variety. Felt like great value for money and saved the faff of cooking.

As a busy freelancer, I find my breakfast and lunch can be a hurried and unhealthy affair which doesn't bode well for my a) my focus and b) my training schedule. Calo meals are well balanced, filling and they're really good quality. I love having my meals ready to go and I will have already selected my meals the week before so it's food that I know I like.

Food is amazing & a lots of verity.
Taste is fantastic.

Came to Calo from Detox Kitchen. Calo was fantastic at first but now I'm almost a month into the bug infested app making it impossible for me login and choose any meals. Current bugs:
-Signs me out, app resets for me to access it and defaults to Arabic.
-I switch over to English, put my phone number into to login back in, in which case it
a. doesn't recognize it or
b. changes the #7 to the #0
c.accepts it and lets me login (1 in 20 or so tries)
-Then as I attempt to use the app once it lets me in it says "sorry there's an error please reset" or something to that effect and then boots me out again. Then it all starts over.

*Attempts to fix with Calo tech support are dismal. I've been begging them to create a website so that if the app is buggy I can simply order my 5 weekly meals there. All i get is a link on the web to a screenshot of the app itself. The one I can't access.

No only does Calo have great food that saves me so much time in the week it also actively helps raise money for charities to.

I attended their ‘strides for the streets’ 5K last week and it was a fantastic event for a great charity. Keep up the great food and the great work

Having tried many meal prep companies in the UK, I can say with confidence that Calo is by far the best. Receiving fresh, tasty, high quality meals each day means that I don’t have to buy endless unhealthy lunches when I’m working in London.

One of the best things about Calo for me is the personalisation abilities on the app - which means every single meal that I receive it completely tailored to me! It’s really been a godsend and helped me to spend more time on the things that matter in my life!

Calo is Great. I saw their advertisement on Elizabeth line train. I gave it a try.
Their weekly menus are really great and have a variety to choose from.
The app also allows you to configure your target calories

It has been three weeks now since I started having their food, it is tasty, well portioned as per your calorie limits you configured. So far, I have been enjoying their food. Their delivery system is perfect - they do daily deliveries and the food is fresh.

👍 Thumbs up the whole Calo team, because I sure understand it takes a team effort to plan, cook and deliver. Awesome experience so far.

I had really high hopes for Calo and have been incredibly disappointed.
Having used a different meal prep delivery service for months, I decided to switch to and try Calo as I was intrigued by having daily deliveries (fresher food) and more accurate macros for my fitness goals.

I opted for deliveries to arrive the night before between 6pm and 10:30pm. Access to my apartment building at night is very tricky (almost impossible), so overnight deliveries is not an option for me. Despite this, my first ever delivery yesterday arrived at 12:07am and my second ever delivery for Tuesday is still yet to arrive as I type this (at 11:30pm). I’ve been speaking with their customer support, who are responsive and polite, but can’t seem to improve this or guarantee earlier deliveries. I’ll be cancelling any future deliveries after just two days as it’s not worth the anxiety of the delivery process.

Big shame.

Very reliable and tasty option if you want to save time and hit certain macros. I get 2 meals delivered in my order (lunch and dinner)

I live in London and the delivery is very consistent and seamless

Food is great, and the app makes it easy to choose meals and swap out anything you don’t want or to avoid repeats. Ideally they will improve the exclusions so for example you can just exclude red meat, but it’s easy to swap out on the app so not a big deal

Customer service for me has been fast and flawless

Premium food, customer service replies almost instantly for any queries I had and feels like a company that goes above and beyond for its customers!

Very good experience from start to finish. Easy to order and manage your meals, always delivered on time and food is really tasty. Save me hours per week and keeps me on track regardless of how busy I am.

Really enjoyed the app, being able to choose from lots of choices and make changes! Everything was super simple and let’s just talk about the meals for a minute… omg super fresh, tasty, they were 10/10!
