This company is no good

I ordered the device in the second half of November. It took several weeks before it arrived, packed in a Chinese sack. Strange... However I tried the device for some weeks but I didn't notice any improvements. So I decided to send it back and ask for refund. I needed to send a picture of the device, before I got the adres where to send it to. To my big surprise the adres was in the Netherlands, about 30 km from my hometown. So I wrote back in Dutch, but still got answers in English. Very strange. Eventually I send the device back with track and trace. A week later I hadn't got any response yet, so I checked the trace ticket, that showed me dat the package was delivered the next day I send it. I wrote another email, and got the response that I had to send a screenshot of the delivery. Also very strange! Now I am waiting for the refund via Klarna.
In the mean time I saw devices like this one at Temu...
My advice: do not trust this company!

Frequency machine

Amazing customer service from Sarah.
Amazing machine my knee is bone on bone can be painful at times..I have been using the frequency machine and have had great results.I no longer wake up with my knee hurting,I still can't run! But walking is a lot easier...

This tool is for real

This tool is for real, it is affordable, and after 2 uses in 2 days on parasite-removal, huge outbreak is calmed, deflated, not itchy, healing after a scrub of castor oil and baking soda. Wow. I knew of the Rife machine and solid outcomes but it was not affordable or available. The science of frequency is now proven to be real with technology. Yes, I had to wait 2 weeks for product...woopy-doo! That's not a detriment. This is a game changer for us humans trying not to turn into plastic people!!

IT WORKS !!

I brought this hoping it was not a scam. It took 3 weeks to arrive - China to Australia.
I use it on silent mode all night and it's cured my long-term insomnia; I sleep so deeply its heavenly.
I am using it during the day (silent mode) for arthritis pain and have high hopes.
I have read many bad reviews which made me worry as my order was in transit - but I seriously don't understand what they are about??
The quality of the machine is 100% perfect, it simple to use, it was not overpriced and of course best of all it works.
I have also asked several questions and have had a polite and useful reply to every email.
Personally, I highly recommend this product.

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish, machine came broken, was really looking forward to using it. The wire was faulty, which it meant it turned on amd off really quickly. Again never got it work, emailed, no reply whatsoever. Avoid, save your money

I strongly recommend not purchasing…

I strongly recommend not purchasing from this company. I ordered a device and when I received it, there was a very strong odor of smoke. Then it didn’t work, I followed their refund/return process exactly as specified on their website and I’ve sent 3 emails now with ZERO response.

UPDATE 1/30/26 - they did finally get back to me with a few tips on how I can make the device more useful which I tried and it still didn’t work out for me, so they allowed me to return. I sent it back but still haven’t received a refund (but I’m hopeful I will). However, it was a tedious process to return with images and duplicate information request and the shipping back was almost 1/3 the cost of the device, so my advice is.. be cautious. It may work for you but it didn’t for me and I would not purchase again. I still love the concept and would try another device but will be more mindful of an easier return policy if it doesn’t work out.

I ordered this device close to 3 wks…

I ordered this device close to 3 wks ago and it is not here yet. The bigger problem is they have no Phone number and I have e-mailed them from their contact page 3 times, and NO RESPONSE.
What's going on here... If they don't respond I'm have the $75 charge reversed...
C'mon Man!!!!!

I ordered and received my unit

I ordered and received my unit. I deducted a star because it did take a long time to get, about 3 weeks. It worked as it said. I notice the other comments and as far as it being defective, I think it’s user error. If you push headphones all the way in, there is no sound. You have to pull it out just a bit to the “ line” and you’ll hear it. As far as the calibration someone noted, it says in instructions that the number for the frequency is not a hard number and will calibrate to the actual resonance number, which will always be a decimal and does not change because of walking around, it has nothing to do with it. User error seems to be the reason for 1 star and the possibility those people bought a cloaked site that said they’re calminity, when it was actually a mirrored site. Sadly it happens, because people suck. I ordered not through a link, but by typing in the website. Aside from time of delivery it works great. Delivery wasn’t a huge issue, I think we’re all use to Amazon and having things within 2-days of ordering, but that’s not reality. Standard shipping is 7-10 business days. I’ve had mine for 3 weeks and so far so good.

Calminity successfully sells promises. No products in view.

I made an order on 12/30/25 for 2 sets of Calminity.
I made an inquiry into my order and received a bunch of excuses because they were overwhelmed with the huge number of the orders, upgraded my order”in compensation”and promised to follow up on the order immediately.
I requested a tracking number with the order and have not gotten it yet!
Have not heard from them since.
My trust in Calminity is rapidly disappearing.
I requested an immediate full refund from Calminity.

I have been deleted and blocked by this…

I have been deleted and blocked by this company on Facebook - and another of their “sister” facebook accounts. The reason being is that they AI generated Author Dr Ludvig Johnson and dubbed his voice with an American AI to sell their product. I raised this as a concern and did some digging on the company, based in China. But they blocked me. I showed side by side images of this American “actor” and the real Dr and a video in his own native Spanish language wearing the same clothes/bracelet - everything is was a carbon copy.
Researched and There is no association with Dr Johnson, clearly. It’s all a scam.
Temu sell this same/similar product, so go figure. I posted some screen shots to the sponsored ads on FB to people leaving concerns that their machines hadn’t arrived after months, and no communication etc - to help them realise they were unlikely to receive their device. But my comments were removed and I was blocked.
Thankfully I never went through with buying one. I did my research first. Shame we can’t trust anyone these days.

Device miscalibrated

I repeatedly set the tone to 432.00 hz, but when I press the OK button, it changes to 432.52 hz.
When I set it at 341.33 and hit the OK button, it changes to 341.53 hz. Then I tried 384.00 and it changed to 384.02.

I emailed their customer service group and received this response from Sarah: Thank you for reaching out, and I completely understand your concern!
I have great news - your device is working perfectly and is NOT miscalibrated. What you're experiencing is actually an advanced feature, not a problem!
This is completely normal and intentional:
Your device has a precision calibration system that fine-tunes frequencies based on the electromagnetic environment around you. The small adjustments you're seeing (like 432.00 becoming 432.52, or 384.00 becoming 384.02) are automatic precision enhancements.

So, I experimented. Logic would suggest that if this automatic calibration were true, if I moved to a new location within my home and plugged it in, I would see a different 'automatic precision enhancement.' But I did not. The erroneous numbers remain exactly the same.

My conclusion: The device is nice, well made, shipping was fine. But it is improperly calibrated. I am not satisfied. I did a followup email earlier today and no one has responded. I wonder if there is a manual way to recalibrate, or if I should just return it for a refund. Because again, it does not work properly.

Given the volume of Christmas period…

Given the volume of Christmas period postal and courier traffic, I did not expect it to arrive quickly. I wrote to Calminity and received replies quite quickly.
That was about 4 days ago. Today, the machine arrived. I'll be testing it out once I find my headphones!!!

Paid £60. Received the machine, followed the instructions and no sound came out the item was faulty . Wrote to Calaminity supplier and did not receive any response, followed up several times, no response. Left £60 out of pocket with a machine which does not work. Do not buy this product its a scam

Don't expect it to arrive for 4-6 weeks!

As far as the whole "customer service" thing goes...they suck. Be warned that what you are ordering comes from China and is shipped by the SLOWEST form of service.

Also, it needs to clear export and import which adds weeks onto the delivery. Once it reaches the US, it then goes into the hands of a different delivery service which is even slower. The tracking information they supply - BUT ONLY IF YOU ASK FOR IT SEVERAL TIMES - is never accurate or updated. It will take 4-6 weeks from the time you order it to the time it actually arrives to your address.

Another complaint...the headphones I ordered that came with it come with no instructions (paper in the box or on Calminity website) so I'm not sure what the slide switch and button on them is for and how to properly use it. There is a volume slide which is self explanatory, but it would be nice to know what the other ones are for!

2 weeks since I placed the order and no…

2 weeks since I placed the order and no trace of it. After the first few days I began thinking it is a big scam… I thought it was from a place somewhere in America,instead the first news of the order being shipped came from china…. I think that that says it all…my mistake I didn’t google for calminity first…
L.E. The order arrived few days after. So I got my order but even if it’s more than one month since, I honestly don’t know whether to recommend the product or not. Meanwhile I found the same product on other websites for even less than half the price…

Ordered the item however whenever I try to go to either their website or the shop.app to track the item there is no way of contacting them

Edit: The item eventually did arrive and though slightly difficult to use it seems to work well - very disconcerting not being able to contact anyone throughout the process though
