Issues taken care of

I love calltools great product

I love calltools great product, connection rate, user friendly, nice sales funnels definitely increase deal flow. James has been awesome with any questions or concerns I had really knowledgeable of the dialer definitely recommended.

Best Dialer I have ever used

First of all , the solution works very well , pretty simple , no glitches , and they have great support , I am also impressed with the level of excellence from management , they go above and beyond to make sure their clients are satisfied .

Phenomenal Service

Every time I reach out for any sort of assistance the experience is pleasant and efficient. I thoroughly recommend working with calltools. From tech support to my sales specialist, my needs are always exceeded. Working with Shawnie Clark, my sales specialist has been an absolute pleasure. Rarely do I ever have to call in to make changes. I simply reach out to her and within 5 mins the request has been fulfilled and it’s common for her to also suggest things I’m not aware of to increase our company’s production. Shawnie has done that many many times and we are greatful for her and the rest of the Calltools team.

Longtime Customer Appreciation

Calltools has been a great platform for our team to engage with our prospects. The dialer has tons of great features and the team works their wonders to ensure anything we need customize is handled with a quick turnaround. This is a great tool for having our employees work remote and our manager to have a pulse on the teams effort.

Good Product and Even Better Customer Service

My experience with Calltools has been nothing but stellar. The tool itself fits all my needs and then some. My account Manger Ashley Huggins has been a dream to work with threw out my time with calltools. She always quick to respond when I have questions and is willing to hop on a call when a email won’t suffice. It’s rare to find that kind of customer service. Would recommend calltools to anyone in need of a good dialer and quality customer service

They came through with flying colors!!

I wasn't quite ready to sign up, but I did. And as a result I had a rather large blip, with the company, and my expectations were that they would leave me hanging. Not so!!!! With the help of James, they researched my issue and took care of the problem. If it had been another company, I believe I would have been out many hundreds of dollars. I will not hessitate to come ( back) in board as soon as I am ready.

They came through with flying colors!!!!
