I do understand your concern about your order, which until today, haven’t been updated in the tracking status, since Feb. 4th.
It appears to me that your order has been scanned into Greece just a few hours ago!
Χριστίνα, i can confirm that this exceeds our normal shipping time to Greece which is about 2-5 days. However delays can and do occur due to the restrictions and fewer flights to Greece.

We can only ship to the shipping address provided, what you are referring to usually can happen due to a failed delivery when the receiver isn't home. But if DPD decides for some unknown reasons, to deliver to a parcelshop, it's unfortunately out of our hands, however in this case it would most likely be due to COVID-19.

We have been in contact with PostNord today regarding your order once again.
PostNord is now investigating the case and have 24-48 hours to provide an outcome. However they claim that your package has most likely been lost in transit, in Israel before it was scanned.
• If your package have still not arrived on latest friday, we’ll resend or provide a full refund, dependent on what you wish?
If you wish to receive a new watch, we would like to offer you a free bracelet of your own choice as well.
