In the past we have had good response from your company. However, yesterday, we had a problem with our account and I was on hold for 45 min before being cut off at second in line. I called back and was in 4th place for 30 min. FInally had to purchase more credits to send a message, although our account showed we had enough. Today I called back and spent 50 min on hold before being cut off again. I understand volume is high right now, but very disappointing when you can't get the answers you need.

Great service. The web browser interface is good but is not as intuitive as it could be, and the tool to create the body of an email is way overdone and not Intuitive. The android app is much smoother and easier to work. It's biggest shortcut is it doesn't allow the selection of more than one group to receive a message.
