This is totally crap
This is totally crap. I cannot make a single call since yesterday from the moment i install and recharge. Customer care is not helpfull. Neither i can hear any sound not even for ring nor the other person can hear me although they receive the call. And defenitly its not the internet. I even try reinstalling the app., turning my phone off, switching the internet. I tried everything. Its the app that is not working

When I am in any call call India intentionally ask to dial the number again .This is strategy to frustrate users from making calls more than 5 minutes .Last two years I am complaining about it and no solution have been provided

Call india app works sometimes but many times doesn’t work. I called customer service and every time they told me just delete it and do it again and I did too many times but it has a same problem. Long time ago I referred my friends to buy call India and they have same problem, I hope someone can solve this issue, thanks

Poor service
Just purchased a plan 2 days back and now getting server error. Their website is down too so you can’t really reach them. Now can’t use it until they fix the error at their own schedule. Can’t use the service until they do so.
