The product is very nice and the…

The product is very nice and the product was made and shipped quickly. However, shipping cost to expedite (10+ days?) is not ideal. It's basically a small envelope, like USPS first class mail. Regular mail would likely get it here just as fast.

The first one used, smeared and parts disappeared when pressed. No use to me. Please refund to my account.
