Damaged

Damaged. The purse arrived damaged and has a horrible smell to it. I tried to get ahold of the service line, per their instructions and have heard nothing back from the company. If I don't hear back within a week I will probably throw it out. What a waste of money. Terrible company. Does not stand behind their products.
