Started as a great service, now a ghost company.
In my experience, this is exactly not to do as a company. Started as a refreshing experience. I used it in 2022 and 2023. This year, 2025, I wanted to use the same service, and it is indeed not working!
The site became buggy; you can not reach anyone, and they removed the chat function. They removed their phone number from most locations on the website. And once I find the phone number, it asks to send an email, which you might have guessed they do not answer.

One of the best services I have seen in France. They were willing to help and resourceful. Not all lawyers' responses are of the same quality, but the service is doing what it can to connect with a knowledgeable lawyer.
