The booking process was straight forward, with a quick reply from Call a Cab. The pick up instructions from Gatwick were simple. On the day there were updates regarding the arrival of our car. I was very well looked after by these guys from the beginning. They were very easy to communicate with. I received an email before I left home to fly to Gatwick, explaining everything in detail which made me feel relaxed about my journey and Bav, my driver was very helpful by texting me as soon as I landed and guiding me along the way as I was a little confused about where to meet him but he looked after me. I couldn’t rate them enough as a female traveling alone.

Was needing a private hire car 7 seater for me and the girls to go Brighton to London for a birthday weekend away, with a return fare included. The pricing was very reasonable, with a return fare included. The person who I spoke with on the phone when booking was very informative & helpful! He made sure we got a text after booking as confirmation, and another text when our driver was on his way to pick us up with a tracker link to where the driver was. All very efficient!! Such a lovely & professional service. I’ll most definitely be going to them with all future bookings now - highly recommend!

My driver arrived right on time, came to my flat to collect my luggage and ensured I was sitting comfortably with my seatbelt secured. The journey was a calm pleasant one and we arrived in good time at the airport. This was the best taxi service I have encountered and would thoroughly recommend this company.
