I bought 8 dresses (size 2XL). They came within three weeks however, the dresses were very small (size M-L US) and of very thin fabric. Not wearable for the office. I asked for a refund and was told to keep the dresses and was offered a re-order for a larger size at 40% off or a $29 store credit. What! I don't want the dresses.
I went through PayPal and was then offered $44, the maximum refund they could offer. If I wanted my entire $80 back, I had to send the products back to China and pay the shipping, which would have costed another $50. I ended up taking the $44 dollars - Better than losing another $50.
If I had known the product was coming from China, I wouldn't have placed the original order. Their online ad was definitely to good to be true. Buyer Beware!

I am here just like many customers. PLEASE ANYONE READ THIS, DON’T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!!!!! The clothes you will get are worse than dollar store quality.

I ordered from Callabuy, thought they were in CA. Holidays were mentioned. I placed my order they charged my account. I received one thank you note and 2 receipts for payment They charged me twice 2 weeks apart. It wasn't a duplicate because the sellers credit was changed by 12 cents. 11 items all the same on both invoices, sub totals are the same but the sellers credit and the totals are different. Pay Pal says I ordered the second time. Women do not even shop that way we would have changed the items or the colors and waited to see what the items looked like. I don't need 2 of each top, I only ordered once. People are right when they say Pay Pal is helping the crooks. $248.00. They did a bait and switch nothing is like the pictures. I ordered cotton items and received polyester junk. My bank is looking into it also, they took my credit card because Pay pal will let them use it again. Bank said it was FRAUD. I place an order in February 2020.
I order $154.00 worth of clothing and shoes. I only got 2 pairs of cheap shoes made out rubber, one dress of cheap and made out of bad material. They scammed another person, me. So sad that this callabuy company can get away with crime like that. I want to get my money back, or at least receive their cheap product. something is better than nothing. Please help to stop this SCAMMERS

ok, it took over 3-mo to get my order, but thanks to trump we are fighting with china. Biggest problem was size. Run VERY small. Most tops and shorts did not fit. Surprisingly, the pants fit -- go figure. I found the quality good for the price. Some items were of very thin material. Would I order again, probably if foreign relations get better. Also I now know what to look for. Really I was pleased with the finishing work (and I sew alot)

I could give zero star if I can. I am one of the people who were cheated by callabuy.com. Same story happened again on me. It charged my orders on May, and noticed me that only part of the orders will be shipped to me and will refund me the rest orders. After many calls and emails I made, I received a package of very low quality and small stuff on the end of July; also I never got my refund. The costumer service always let me to contact my credit card company. My card company didn't have any information about this. How these scammers can be stoped in US? They are too rampant.

The dress I ordered was chiffon material , mid calf length, and sharp color. The dress I received was cheap cotton material, poor color, knee length , even the belt is just a little piece of 1.5 inch fabric that hardly tie into a bow. Useless. I won’t even give them a star if there’s such a rating. That dress was priced $13.00 and shipping about the same cost as the dress. Not even worth returning because you’ll be spending more money on shipping. Overall, I regretted buying from them.

Totally scam. Very bad experience, no one answer phone calls, ordered 5 items only received 3 very poor quality stuff, not looks like the picture showed. And that’s two items never came and no refund.

Ordered 2 dresses for my wife the pictures on the web site looked beautiful with long flowing skirts when I received the 2 dresses they were made out of cheap material and the skirts weren't anything like the pictures, strait and way short, Never again Buyer be ware

Bought some dresses from this website and we got completely scammed. The dresses we received were basically rags, nothing like the pictures at all. Please do not buy anything from this website. It'll save a lot of headache and frustrations.

Do not order from this company. The items are not even close to the pictures they post. Been trying to send back the purchases I made, customer service NEVER responds to anything and most of the time you can't even get the message to send. My bad for not checking them out before ordering. Major rip off company!!!!

This website, callabuy, is a scam and will straight out steal your money. I've ordered clothes worth $250 (18 items) and only 7 items came. The rest didn't come and no contact of any type was sent to me regarding the order. I contacted the seller, no response. Then I contacted customer service regarding my order and they said the items are processing and will arrive within a month. No item came after 6 months while I constantly ask customer service about it. Finally, I decided to requested a refund because the website clearly states that they 100% guarantee a refund. It's been 2 months, so 8 months total, I still did not receive any refund or any items. They offered a coupon instead, but the only way you can use the coupon was to actually pay more money. So no money back there. If I pay more money to use the offered coupon, I still wouldn't know if any items will come. Nothing is guarantee in this website except giving your money for free. Shame on this website.

I recently bought a top from them that was suppose to be a large with a bust size of 37" when it came it was marked large but was only 24" and they would not refund and only offered small portion store credit. Like I would buy from them again.

DO NOT BUY HERE. ORDERED ALMOST A MONTH AGO AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MERCHANDISE. CANNOT GET THRU TO CUSTOMER SERVICE--NO PHONE NUMBER, ONLY EMAIL, BUT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO SUBMIT INQUIRY THOUGH I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES. HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON AND NO WAY TO FIND OUT. I REPEAT, DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. THEY WILL NEVER SEND YOU THE MERCHANDISE. I AM PROOF OF THAT.

I have ordered from this site a few times. usually it takes forever but I eventually get my order. this last time I ordered three tops, the first two came in a size large one I had to fix and the second was so small I had to give it away. The third is lost in space. I understand the circumstances of things that occurred since February, but I can't believe that the third top is nowhere to be found and they NEVER answer any email or inquiry. Please don't waste your money on these sites, most of them sell garbage and it's just not worth it. AS of 11/15/2020 they still owe me a top I purchased in February. No top No refund.

We already ordered from Callabuy before reading the reviews, and after reading the reviews, we grew worried. We spent like 90 dollars on six dresses and one jewerly on May 30 ish. We had to wait for like about 2 months until we got our order! We almost gave up hope, but we just got the order today July 24 7:00 pm Eastern time. Some of the dresses were a size too big or small, but not a big difference for me. It was a big difference for my other sister though since she is a little big. Not only that, my mom complained about "quality" and how thin the dress material was. But in my opinion, if you aren't picky with clothes, they look and feel just fine to me. The jewelry got broken the moment I got it out, but it was easily fixable :). Anyways I'm satisfied with my order, but I wouldn't recommend this website to those who are not patient or anyone that is picky. But anyways, that's my report here in Ohio! :) Oh I forgot to add that we were able to track the order just fine. XD but anyways hope this helps.

On this website, everyone could see the beautiful clothes images and the really cheap price . I also could not hold back and decided bought three clothes. The items finally be sent to me after waiting almost two month , I feel terrible when I see the clothes. Not only have rough making, the color and material also have really low quality. My bad experience told me : Don't believe the clothes images shown on this website eventhrough the price is low.

This company is horrible. So once my package came all the dresses were see through and 3 sizes two small. I mean it may fit Chinese women but definitely not an American woman. But here is where real issue lies. When I requested a full refund and a return shipping label. They told me that I can exchange the items for a 20% discount. Again I said no I want a fullrefund and label to send back. They replied with a 40% discount. This went on for four days before they finally said they would refund the money but only at my cost to ship back to China. What a joke these people are. Taught me a big lesson. Never to buy clothing again on line. These guys are jerks
