The experience was ugly, for few hours they charged me for unreachable calls, then rejected refund for "active" use, while they will mention everywhere they refund within 14days of signup. Lies, soft frauds. Workspace: "Mohey Elbaz"

I did my research to find a virtual telephone number from Ireland that would support SMS messaging, Calilio's website said it did just that. I signed up, purchased a US number, then purchased a phone number in Ireland, however it did not support SMS. I contacted Calilio tech support and they informed me that the website was wrong, and SMS messaging is not supported. I asked for a refund and they held back $8.10 stating that these charges were not refundable to them, so they will not refund them to me. Outrageous customer service. They lie on their website, and then will not refund in full on the same day that the order was placed.

Just signed up and the support chat is surprisingly responsive. I had a ton of noob questions, I haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes for a response - even late into the night. Sophie and Leo have been helpful in getting me setup. I'm only day 1 into my service, so I'll update this review as I go along. But so far so good.
