Having attended an event (Connect the Bars), an indoor and outdoor session, I can confidently say that Cali Connect is a brilliant place to learn/improve your calisthenics skills. Diverse & uplifting community
I joined CC in september 2025 & fell in love with the community. I love how diverse the group is, it’s a complete judgment free zone no matter what level you are & gender / race. I was surprised how many other girls in calisthenics there were, especially in Herts and i’ve made some amazing friends because of this. Cali connect has taught me 6 new skills in the past 8 months purely because of the people & coaches that have helped me on the way ✨
