Caliber and Coach David Rosales changed my life
After years of trying to come up with a fitness and nutrition plan that would work for me only to fail, I finally took the step of getting coaching through Caliber and it is the best decision I've ever made for my physical health. My coach David is as good as you can get and really helped not just put together a program, but educated me every step of the way. The app is easy to use and as long as you stay committed to the process and trust coaches like David you will see results. You'll only get out what you put in but you'll be glad you did.

I’ve been working with my coach on caliber for 3 months. I joined because I was struggling to get into a consistent workout routine and wasn’t seeing any progress with what I was doing. After 3 months I’ve built a really consistent routine and I’ve gotten so much stronger. I was also able to lose a few lbs. I’m feeling strong, healthy and grateful for my coach Jordon.
Working with Noelle and the Caliber App…
Working with Noelle and the Caliber App has made establishing an exercise routine/habit easy and enjoyable! By blending the weekly check-ins, customized workout plans, and reminders, I have been able to get a nice foundation to build muscle and support mobility and flexibility to address my osteoporosis. Noelle is very responsive to questions and offers helpful suggestions and tips to improve my performance. As I have added equipment to my home gym, Noelle has incorporated new exercises. She has also encouraged me to let her know what is not working for me, making adjustments to my routines accordingly. Who knew that I would come to love rowing and starting my day with an exercise routine? I feel better than I have in a long time, with no back pain. Thanks, Caliber and Noelle!

Work + App + Trainer = Results! Could not ask for a better experience! I am 100% a fan of this app and the team behind it. This has been the easiest experience, not just because the Caliber App is super intuitive and very sleek with EVERYTHING I could need, but also because the Caliber team, in particular my trainer Cassandra, have been exceptional and far above other experiences I have had. I cannot recommend this ENOUGH, for anyone with ANY goals!

Caliber Review
I had the pleasure of working with Jordan as my coach for three months. My goals were quite simple: to get stronger, feel confident in my gym workouts, and actually enjoy them. With Jordan’s low-pressure coaching and meeting me at my own pace, we achieved all three objectives! Although I wish I had more financial resources to continue my journey with Jordan, I’ve managed to get my wife signed up with her Caliber coach, and I’ve gained enough knowledge to continue my own training independently. I highly recommend Coach Jordan and rate their service a solid 5 out of 5 stars!
Great Experience and Sticking With It
As someone new to weightlifting and who has previously been overwhelmed with just getting started, Caliber helped me to set up a consistent and effective workout plan. I was paired with my very knowledgeable coach, Gavin, who has been very responsive and encouraged me throughout my time with Caliber. I feel my workout plan is tailored to my specific strength goals and has been effective. I find the app interface easy to use and the integration with other apps, such as Cronometer, to be useful and seamless.

Caliber is way more than an app. It has taken all the guess work out of my workouts and given me much needed accountability with it's personal training program. Through Caliber, I have been able to connect 1-on-1 with a super knowledgeable trainer who understands my goals, and gives me weekly workout plans that suit my needs (be it at home, the gym or on the road). We zoom weekly to review any questions I have about the workouts, and go over what's working nutrition wise and where I can make improvements. I have worked with other trainers who charged 10x as much for this level of personalized training so I think Caliber offers excellent value, while also offering many different tiers for clients. I also appreciate that I can follow a workout plan on my phone (exact exercises and reps) but I can do the workouts on my own time when it suits me. For me, it's just the right amount of accountability and independence.

This company is great, they do a few intakes over the phone to ensure you get the best possible match for your goals so you are able to achieve them. The coaches are always checking in, seeing how you are doing and ensuring you are gona be successful in your journey as long as you put in the work and effort. Zander has been amazing, adjusting things when I need them, talking over our plan and goal for each week and he also works with my schedule for zoom calls. He’s been a great help and motivator for me, he’s helped me loose 15lbs and I’m down from 17/18% BF to 13%.

The app is great and combined with a real life Personal Trainer and also a calorie calculating meal app I can tell that this is the best I have tested so far

The tools given are very very usefull,in that teaches one how to be aware of the subtle changes. Noelle , my coach, continues to surprise me! She is always available to me. Communicates promptly and gives me feedback back right away. Noelle explains things and when she realizes I still don't understand what I'm doing, sends me info related to the topic.. and in general, adjusts things along the way to help me stay on track with my progress : eating, exercising and helping me with a life change I need to implement in order to succeed this time in my journey to a healthy living for the rest of my life!.

Love the app! the videos and descriptions makes it very easy to do each rep and track your weights and progress. My trainer, Taylor, is easy to communicate with. She listens to my goals, adjusts as necessary, and is very responsive. I’ve spent years paying for personal training at various gyms—Caliber is more effective for me!
Caliber Experience
I’ve been using Caliber, and overall it’s been a great experience. They do a solid job with the workout programs, and my coach has been fantastic. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and really knows how to push me to reach my best. It’s not just about the workouts, he’s also been a big help with my nutrition, which has made a noticeable difference.
One thing I’ve realized is that you really get out of Caliber what you put into it. The effort you invest definitely pays off. That said, if there’s one area that could use improvement, it’s the app itself. It feels pretty basic, and the lack of Apple Watch integration is a bit of a letdown. Adding more features and better integration would really take the experience to the next level.

The Caliber organization is a well-rounded program that delivers personalized fitness coaching, nutrition coaching through macros, and the tools you need to track, measure, and progress to your goals for your own individual success.
My Coach, Ginny, is very dedicated to my success and has been providing 1:1 support through customized fitness plans that change periodically, macro checks and updates as needed for my nutrition goals, and weekly status interaction to give that two-way check between us – how did I do, how am I feeling, what is not working and what’s up next. As I am currently traveling 1-2 weeks a month, Coach Ginny provided me with an optional travel workout that I can easily travel with to not miss a beat in my commitment to myself to workout for my health and longevity. This has kept me focused.
So, is it working for me? I have learned and resigned myself, in a good way, that this is a journey and there is no end date to my fitness, nutrition, and health journey. The diet days are officially over and putting myself first for fitness and total health is my daily objective. I made the choice to partner with a group that certainly knows more than I as it pertains to fitness and nutrition to guide me in the right direction. In the last 6 months I have lost over 15”, 15lbs, and feel strong and confident. Coming off 2 years of such a low daily calorie count and out-of-whack macros, it put a damper on my metabolism and hormones. Coach Ginny and I have worked together to slowly fix the imbalance and the results are showing. I must trust the process and that has been a lesson in itself. Just another example of their personized approach to coaching.

Caliber is a Superior Health and Fitness Program
Bottom Line Up Front: Caliber is a top-notch and comprehensive fitness program that includes all of the most important aspects of every program I’ve tried in my life-long fitness journey.
My initial retirement years have been marked by several surgeries and significant weight gain. I, like many others, explored a variety of piecemeal diets, exercise programs / workout apps, personal trainers, etc. in an effort to restore my fitness level. I’d lose a portion of my goal weight, or improved my capability slightly, but personal failings, and/or program flaws resulted in my losing interest and trying something else. Each program offered something helpful, but no program offered everything I’d require or desired.
Essentially, I’ve been looking for an affordable, comprehensive and proven program for sustained weight loss, body toning, and improved mobility. During my exploration I’ve learned that I benefit from the following program components; 1) a nutrition plan to support my increased activity while losing weight. 2) a comprehensive exercise program designed around the equipment I owned, my personal capabilities and one that allows me the flexibility to complete my workouts on my schedule. 3) a motivating facilitator / coach to be my “guide-on-the-side” as well as to hold me accountable, and lastly an effective way to track and communicate my activities and progress.
I discovered the highly-regarded program Caliber in a Google search, and have determined in my initial months of participation that this program fits the bill.
An initial phone call hooked me up with a thoughtful representative determined to identify my condition and requirements. He also presented program options and provided me a number of highly-qualified coaching options that were trained or had experience in working with clients with my health conditions. I chose Julie in Georgia as not only was she experienced in nutrition and kinesiology, but she, like me, also had spinal fusion surgery. I found comfort in that.
Coach Julie is a consummate professional and has been nothing short of extraordinary. She walks the walk as a fit individual who continuously seeks personal improvement in knowledge and fitness. She consistently and promptly responds to my messages following workouts (or other questions I may have), and genuinely cares about my personal success. Though I’m ecstatic to have been placed with Coach Julie over these initial months, I believe Caliber has trained and maintains a team of experienced coaches from around the country to represent and execute this top-notch program.
The Caliber app is the heart and sole of the program and is truly unique in that everything I do from eating to walking is tracked and communicated here.
I personally chose the most comprehensive program offering where Coach Julie lays out my daily caloric, macro nutrient goals, and provides a weekly schedule of workouts, goals, weigh ins.
Everything I consume is easily tracked using the Chronometer App. This info syncs to the Caliber app where Julie monitors, and is able to discuss progress and other perhaps healthier food options.
The app allows Julie to display my total body exercise routines to be completed when I can throughout the week. These full-body workouts include videos to ensure I’m doing them correctly in order to enhance effectiveness and prevent injury. They also display and track the weights I’m lifting, the number of reps I should complete and provides me a fitness score that signifies my progress.
The app also syncs with my IWatch and other fitness apps such as Strava and Garmin to track my daily steps, my bicycle ride data and current weight. Equally important, the Caliber app allows for Julie and I to communicate regularly and as needed. In addition, the app provides Noom-Like articles designed to inform my thinking and habits.
Caliber also provides the opportunity for Coach Julie and I to have a weekly conference calls to discuss the week prior and the week ahead. These are extremely valuable for me personally.
Caliber is the best program I’ve come across to foster needed buy in and to eliminate my excuses. Coach Julie, has fostered a positive climate and venue that is sustainable and working. I’m down 23 pounds and have 43 more to reach my goal. I’m far more mobile and simply feel better.
I encourage anyone with marginal self-discipline toward working out, a desire to not break the bank, and has a busy variable schedule who wants to lose weight, improve physical fitness and improve their overall sense of well-being to provide your highest level of consideration to trying Caliber.
Great tools, great people, great strides
Caliber as a free app is intuitive and easy to use. For anyone who had never developed a strength training split, it is easy to get going and customize as you get more experience. Getting access to the workout library, I found it was even more beneficial to learn what real life trainers recommended for different goals. It was not until I started working with Jonathan at Caliber, however, that I started to see results like I’ve not seen before. I am much more lean and I’m gaining strength. This is largely because Jonathan was able to provide structure and guidance to optimize my workouts for achieving my goals. Jonathan was also quick to respond to questions and supportive of my fitness development and education. Overall, this has been a great experience, and I’m glad to have chosen online coaching with Caliber.
Knowledgeable committed coaches
In two months, I was able to improve my strength and physical appearance. As a 50yr old, I doubted I would see significant muscular growth, but I was wrong. I feel stronger and fitter than ever. My coach put together a plan and checked in frequently. He made adjustments when previous injuries hindered my progress. His knowledge and communication made it easy to stick to my plan. Consistency is everything. The Caliber app is easy to navigate. My husband uses it without a coach, but I prefer the accountability and ability to ask questions. We both highly recommend Caliber!
