I used their portal to submit a target order that the market exceeded three different times over a 24 hour period. My order was never executed. I decided to cancel the order because I should set the target price higher at that point. Within minutes of the cancellation request it executed at the lower price. Lower than market. This cancellation and immediate execution at a lower price has now happened twice. The first time I just thought it was strange but didn't look too far into it. But after the second occurrence, this is now a pattern. If a company can't perform proper and timely order executions then there is no point using them and paying their commission. I inquired about the problem with their order execution department and never got a response. I sent a detailed message to my broker with the issue fully documented using their price chart and order submission and cancellation timestamps and I was told their system was working fine and there was no problem. I directly inquired with my broker multiple times and never received the answers to any of my specific questions regarding the failure to execute. Needless to say I will not be trading any further with this company. Their order execution process is broken in my experience. Their commission is not justified. They treated me poorly as a customer. I have moved on to a new broker and executed a similar order with no issues (even above market pricing) and I have been treated professionally so far. Not looking back. And I strongly do not recommend trading with this company.

When I began investing in Crypto, Caleb & Brown were recommended to me by a colleague and friend. I found them to always be responsive and to provide me with patient service. When they pulled out of Europe due to changes in legislation, I was sad to see them go. That said, they were very helpful in transferring my crypto to its new home. Maria was the person who worked with me as we closed things out. She could not have been more professional. What I truly valued was the level of care she showed in completing process and ensuring I, with my 55 years of age understood precisely what was happening and why. Five stars for this company.
