I placed an order on March the 10th. I have received nothing.It keeps saying be patient in transit. This is a total scam.I will never make the mistake of ordering.Where they are involved. Absolutely, the worst experience I have ever had. Beware use caution they are scammers.

Ordered on 25th November and still haven’t received nearly a month later. Ashley from customer service keeps assuring me it will be delivered soon and how great of a product it is but still nothing. Definitely a scam website that has caused many out by the looks of it!

Placed an order for a christmas presant on 4th november and am still waiting. Have emailed them a couple of times and just been told it will be with me soon. Complete scam as far as i am concerned considering the item is still on sale on their website today and they are still advertising it on a 1-2 day delivery time. Stay away.

Absolutely shocking the whole site is a complete scam, i ordered a set promoted on a TikTok Advert on October 11th. It is now 3rd December and im still yet to receive it - I don’t think I will ever receive it to be honest.
I’ve emailed back and forward with ‘Ashley’ from customer service for weeks & weeks and all I get told is to wait, & that it will arrive in a few days. I then emailed back and told them I was going to contact the action fraud office, which they then responded to with “ forwarded your issue to the relevant department”. I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED THIS!! avoid completely

Item not received. Ordered 5 weeks ago. Customer services are a joke

Complete scam. They keep saying the order is on the way and it never arrives. I’ve been waiting 1 month now and still nothing. No reply when I asked for a refund.

You absolute weirdos had a friend who had placed an order with you 3 months ago still hasn’t come are you weird or something dirty scam app send her clothes to her hurry.

Avoid like the plague. Slow shipping ( 1 month) when it arrives it was nothing like the website and wrong size. Told I should bear in mind colour differences due to lighting and camera processing. I don’t think you could mistake light grey for bright yellow!!!!
Even poorer customer service- excuse after excuse.

If i could give ZERO stars,i would. Poor quality, slow shipping, and misleading “brand” — feels like a dropshipping scam

I ordered a co-ord from Calavere on 5th September 2025, with an expected 2-week delivery time. The order wasn’t shipped until 10th October and only arrived on 17th October — over six weeks later.

When it finally arrived, I was shocked at the quality. The set was cheap, see-through, and nothing like the photos shown on their website. There were no tags, branding, or packaging — it honestly looked like something from Shein or AliExpress, but I paid £40 for it.

When I contacted their team for a refund, I was told I’d have to pay for return shipping to China at my own expense or keep the item for a 10% refund. They also claimed sale items must be returned at the buyer’s expense, but under UK consumer law, that only applies to change-of-mind returns — not to items that are misrepresented or not as described.

I then looked up Calavere on ScamAdviser, and what I found confirmed my suspicions:
• The owner hides their identity, which makes it difficult to verify who runs the site.
• The website has a low Tranco ranking, meaning very few visitors and low credibility.
• They use an internal review system, allowing them to edit or delete reviews — which makes their on-site feedback unreliable.

This company markets itself like a boutique brand, but it’s clearly a dropshipping site reselling cheap clothing at inflated prices. The quality of Shein is honestly better.

The only positive was their quick response time, but everything else felt misleading and dishonest. I’ve since contacted my bank to dispute the charge and reported them to UK Trading Standards.

I wouldn’t recommend buying from Calavere — save your money and avoid the frustration.
