If I had a product to even rate?
Never shipped the product I ordered, despite several emails, never gotten a response and now the link for the order will not work!

Ordered a cake over a month ago for our daughters 18th Birthday this weekend. Money taken but since then no response to emails or messages. Presume that’s £60+ down the drain. Website looks to have been taken down. So disappointing to not even be told it wasn’t going to happen as we now have no time to arrange an alternative.

Took my money, didn't respond to any emails about my attempt to cancel, then shut his website and disconnected his phone.

Interestingly this was the last thing I bought with my credit card before I cancelled it due to fraudulent activity.

One star is too many.Ordered cake and matching cupcakes a month in advance.Never arrived.No contact from them.Luckily paid by PayPal so got refund but birthday still spoilt.Can’t understand why website is still taking orders when they clearly don’t deliver.

The cakes were never delivered and when I've emailed chasing there's no response.

Excellent service and the cakes were delicous

Didn't deliver cakes and didn't provide refund when promised. Not replying to any messages.

Ordered two vegan birthday cakes in January for July: One was for delivery and one for collection as I was in the city.

Fast forward to July, I'd messaged CBA through social media as all other communications (phone/email/chatbox was not being responded to) to collect the cake as I was already in the city and asked if I can collect the cake from 12pm as I've been trying to contact them throughout the last few days.

I received a response very quickly from CBA asking if I could come for 1pm Instead which was fine to me as was not far from the hotel however when queried where I needed to go (as they had more than 1 address) didn't receive a repone until 12:50pm which they said I needed to pickup the cake from another address which vexed me at I was already on way to the first location.

Having arrived at the location with a family member, we were met with a person who asked if we were here for collection which we confirmed and told us to wait outside while they gets the cake - they come out with the cake which was inspected to see if the cake is legit (It was!!!). I then asked if cake #2 was still going to be delivered on Friday, which they replied with "yes that's correct." It terms of the actual cake #1, it was amazing, and everyone complimented on the cake.

Fast forward to Friday (back in my hometown). I had a lot of stuff to do, so I messaged to check the estimated time arrival for cake #2, but there was no response so I waited until 4 pm to message again, but there was no response. At this point, checked their reviews to see if anyone else had received their cake deliveries, which has not been the case.

I was extremely vexed at this point as I was having a celebratory birthday meal with family, and as I have several young family members with food allergy as well as me being vegan, I was struggling to find vegan cakes available within that time frame. I managed to find a vegan cake at the last minute. However, this had put me out of pocket my an extra £30 which is hard, especially in the current climate that we are ALL going through.

Managed to get a refund through my bank for Cake #2 however my birthday meal with family was still ruined as my family members with allergies couldn't enjoy the vegan cake that I had brought at the last minute.

Unfortunately, I will not be using the company again!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Cakes were ordered and paid for 4 weeks ahead of time but didn't turn up. Can't contact by phone as the number isn't working, no reply to emails. Disgusted as it spoilt my son's birthday - we were really let down. I am guessing the company are out of business but the website is still taking bookings. Very disappointed and out of pocket for £100.

I did not receive my order, or Any correspondence from this company, I emailed them several times, still waiting for correspondence, tried calling, telephone number not attainable, Just emailed again asking for a full refund of £167 which I purchased 2 cakes for a hen do, but still no response, something is going on with this business?

Cake was due for my baby shower July 15th - never showed - all calls/emails etc ignored —DO NOT USE

Brownies were really lovely but the cupcakes were extremely dry, like days old, and not at all nice - looked pretty but tasted awful. Arrived well packaged.

I ordered a birthday cake for my wife’s birthday. I spent £82 and purchased it well in advance. Cake never turned up. I tried to contract them on all channels- no response. Still no apology or refund. Disgusting. Thank you for ruining my wife’s birthday.

BEWARE - zero star review - took my money - no cake.
My cake ordered and paid (in June) for 14th July did not arrive. Phones are disconnected and no messages/emails or social media are being answered.
I have used them before so no idea what has gone wrong but I’m £80 down and without a cake. The order and correct date show on their systems but it’s marked unfulfilled.

I’m expecting a cake I ordered 2 weeks ago for my daughters birthday today, and having no communication or updates on it being dispatched, the full fulfilment status is unfulfilled meaning it hasn’t been dispatched. also reading some recent reviews it’s highly unlikely I will receive my daughters birthday cake, I can’t believe I’ve been left high and dry a day before my daughters birthday. Tried contacting in many ways and not able to get a reply from anyone!

Like there cheap cakes and things to be let down with last minute, no way of getting money back and if your like me a single mother with 3 children you can understand how distressed my autistic daughter was the day of her birthday with no way of getting her a replacement cake as I’d spent out on this company!!

Absolutely disgusting

They left me high and dry <24 hours before my daughters first birthday party. I needed a vegan cake due to allergies she has and I wanted a themed cake as it was a big occasion for us. They emailed, didn’t even bother to call me, to say it couldn’t be made due to faults at the bakery. Then on Instagram they apparently were selling their business? So it stank of we truly just CBA - very fitting for their name. I ordered my cake a month before and was so excited for it.
I was utterly disgusted with their attitude and they should be absolutely ashamed.

If they’re still trading, AVOID. They’ll likely let you down and simply not care.

ordered a cake a week before my event for thursday 13th of july and have had no contact what so ever and also no cake , i have paid and depended on this company for my mums birthday but now they have put me in a horrendous position, calls don’t work and don’t reach the place and they haven’t responded to my many emails over the past 4 days, all i want to know is whether i have a cake or not?

UPDATE this company should be ashamed as i never got my cake or any replies and was let down on my mums birthday! the lack of accountability is disgusting and the disregard for the effect they have on important events in people’s lives as a cake company
if they were going to open a business they should have realised the responsibility they have to their customers which it seems they have let down several times
