Additionally, I had reached out to Sonia from your support team, who assured me she would get back to me within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, it has now been more than a week, and I have received no follow-up or resolution from your side.

The whole team is very supportive and helpful. They procedure is very simple and they are very quick in responding the queries and keep us upto date with all the information.
