Fake products sold on eBay Canada

I ordered something and later discovered the seller is not authorized to sell the brand I bought. The product I received was counterfeit and eBay only has AI so there's no way to lodge a complaint

How is this website still operational??

Ebay Canada still has on Google that there is CHAT support, but when I go to click on it, I get a blank page.. so they've obviously REMOVED it.
Why do I have to have someone "call me"?? Maybe I don't want to wait for someone who barely speaks a word of English to call me for customer support!!
Ebay Canada has the WORST customer service I've ever seen next to Walmart, and that's saying something!
I will NEVER shop Ebay.ca again in my LIFE!

The rhetoric of customer service

I ordered an Omega watch from eBay. When I received it, I doubted its authenticity, taking it to the local authorized Omega dealer, and was informed it was not genuine.
I immediately wrote to eBay, stating I had a fraud issue. I was informed that the listing looked fine.
By this time, their on line message was customer service was now closed for the weekend.
I started a complaint with PayPal, waited until after the long weekend, to contact eBay - who said they were in fact open and of course say sorry,but refuse to get involved even though they took the listing down,saying it’s my fault cus I started a complaint with PayPal
So frustrating when eBay, provides the wrong information, states customer service is closed, wants to help,but can’t.
No responsibility, no accountability ….. and I approach 25years as a customer
