Cafetalk – Support talks but does not fix anything

This review concerns the website itself—not the teachers (freelancers) working there.

The website is poorly designed and not intuitive. Instead of taking responsibility for these issues, the company hides behind unclear rules and fine print.

For example, when you book a lesson package, you are required to schedule all lessons in chronological order. You cannot make changes later and then book a class at an earlier time.

Another example: they clearly state that the package is valid for 90 days after the first lesson request. However, you are unable to book a class for the period between your first request and the first actual lesson.

Worst of all, they do not take responsibility or try to resolve the issue. Instead, they offer only two options: cancel the package (and potentially lose up to 50% of the price paid) or book the “out-of-order” lessons separately—at a higher price and without the package discount.
