its been 12 days no updates i send them alot of emails they are not replying me back no responce no tracking no delivery the fraud im opening the dispute now

Bad bad customer service, they just order whatever you ordered from somewhere else then ship it to you, it takes ages and when you email them, they never respond. Awful experience, I do not recommend.

They are using our name Pro Vision Lighting on their led headlight page.

I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. There has been zero communication from their end, and my order status hasn't been updated at all since I placed it.

I’m currently trying to reach out to them for answers and to request a cancellation, as it seems my order hasn’t even been shipped. I’m waiting to see how they respond, but so far, this has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.

Update: they refunded my money after a week.

Honestly I bought a set of exhausts before reading all the reviews, after reading everything I thought I'd never see them.

HOWEVER I ordered them on a Tuesday and had them in hand on Thursday (I'm interstate ) and was able to wake the dead on Friday morning... Which was nice. They came well packed and exactly what I wanted and expected. From this experience I would shop here again.

I ordered a motorcycle jacket from the company that did not match the description advertised.
Took months to get them to finally refund me (they tried to refund me via store credit) and when they finally did they charged a restocking fee which is against Australian Consumer Law.

They are scam. I just bought a led headlight. I have emailed them before and they confirmed it will fit my bike. As per the website pictures and description was premium look and quality. And felt genuine. So paid for it. When I received the item I was totally disappointed. Firstly the item doesn’t fit at all and The item was nothing like the website. They send me a plastic cheap light ( we can buy the exact match for under$30 from AliExpress). The light pattern was wrong, the size was wrong, the thickness was wrong and the material was wrong ( as per website it suppose to be aluminium but I received was plastic). So I have to return the item with my expensive.. lost money again for return postage. When they received the item they refused to give my refund. So i lost all my money. They gave me store credit. Who want to buy again from them after this. Please stay away from this place and don’t waste your money. I don’t want anyone else to get fooled like me. I really don’t know what to do now. Thay are just robbers. Don’t fall for there item pictures you will get entirely different item.
As per the website item should be made of aluminium but I received was plastic. The thickness I received was quarter of the size than the website and the light design was entirely different. It had a hole in the back for manual heat release. Only cheap plastic led light have it. If it was made of aluminium as per their website it doesn’t need a hole in the back to release heat. As per the website pictures item do not have hole (unable to add picture here)
The customer service was rude and threatening after they steal my money. They treat like I did the mistake. I really thought I get a genuine quality item from Australia owned business but they proved me wrong.
Please dot support this cheaters. My total loss was $185 with return postage. I know it’s not a huge amount but steeling even if it’s one dollar is bad. :(

Shame you have to give a star really.
It’s been nearly 5 months, numerous messages on their socials, emails, comments on their posts to try and find where my delivery is. And still nothing. Avoid like the plague. Absolute shambles of a shop. Do not even bother to attempt messaging them as their emails don’t work conveniently as they say they aren’t monitored. The same goes with the messages on Facebook and instagram. 100% scammers.

4 months later and order has still not been delivered, and to top it up, they rarely respond to any attempt of contact. Stay away!
