After my purchase I reached out to ask for shipping information, it was provided, but after that I sent an email asking if it was possible to change the color of my grinder, never got an answer. There were issues with the shipping an my package has not been delivered, sent a few emails asking for information or instructions to pick up the package, but haven’t received an answer. The problem is not my purchase but the customer service.

The process is very clear and my product arrived perfectly.

It has been 17 days since I place my order, and the shipment status does not even says it is "in transit".

I recently purchased a Brewista Artisan, but the product was unfortunately out of stock. However, the customer service team promptly contacted me and offered alternative options. Their swift and professional response turned a potential inconvenience into a positive experience.

Great experience. Outstanding costumer service. I got the Profitec Go Espresso machine in yellow, and although that particular color was apparently out of stock, Café Folka got the machine for me in a few days time. The product arrived in perfect condition. Service was direct and personalized, friendly and super fast to respond.

Package was never shipped. I've been waiting for it.

Love the product. It arrived fast once it was shipped, but it almost took 2 weeks for being shipped: more than a week to create guide number, then 5 days to be picked up by FedEx.

The product came as described, I have no complaints about that.
The reason I'm rating them 4 stars is because their shipping policy states they send within 3 working days, and in the end the shipment ended up taking more than 2 weeks. I wrote them an email to ask about the state of my delivery and they promptly replied with a shipment date later than 3 working days, later than even a week, and in the end the package was shipped one day after the assured date. One of the things I consider as a priority is happiness and that’s what I receive every time I get a sip of my coffee. Their coffee is simply one of the best I ever tried in town. Just a exquisite coffee bean. If you wanna feel happy after a cup of amazing coffee, definitely this is the place to get it!

I haven´t received my order yet after 3 weeks and no one knows what happened to my cups. Site looks sketchy, with pocho language and product descriptions that are copied from their corresponding official webpages. It would be better for the customer to choose the preferred language. I feel deceived and not trusting to buy anything else. Forget about buying something more expensive.

They are fast and transparent. And if you have any trouble, they will get back to you and help you solve it as soon as possible. Great customer service, can not recommend enough.
