Our original appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but it was rescheduled to 3:30 PM while we were on our way due to a double booking. This meant we had to wait in a nearby coffee shop for 30 minutes. However, Ahmad kindly reimbursed us for the coffee and snacks, which was a thoughtful gesture.
