Kyle from Caenstone was superb throughout my experience of purchasing my first property. No question was too small for him, he provided patient and thorough answers and explanations at each stage. He made everything clear and helped me find the best mortgage package for me. He always kept me up to date with the latest development even through the Christmas period. He showed genuine interest and care, helping me set up insurance and other details related to a new house, which took a lot of stress out of the process. A coincidental meeting at a conference turned into a model example of what a mortgage broker should be and do. I can’t recommend him highly enough! When I wasn’t sure whether to get an adviser to help with this process, he was more than happy to have a no strings attached consultation to discuss. He also didn’t take offense when I was exploring other options. But I honestly wasted time by looking elsewhere. You couldn’t ask for more with Kyle!

I can highly recommend Martyn. He as been a real star helping me to get my 2 mortgage deals sorted. He actually saved me money as he was able to get my mortgage with Santander which the other broker was not able to do.
