I have ordered from this company a few times, and though there has been times where ordered arrived with no problems, the inconsistency and bad experiences far outweigh the good ones.
My first bad experience happened when I placed an order that I didn’t receive and didn’t hear back from the company, when I contacted them. Because of that experience I left a one star review. After this I got a very angry email from the owner, accusing me of ruining the small business of a hard working mom. (Very unprofessional, very uncomfortable to receive a mail like that). When I wrote back and said that she was the person in power and taking people’s hard earned money, without giving them what they pay for is simply not okay, she ended up giving me my order for free and it finally arrived. After which I deleted my review.
My next bad experience was receiving an order with the wrong products(which was a birthday present for my mom).
Lately, I recommended my godmother ordering a product from this website, which she has paid for but never received. after contacting the company through mail several times, contacting them on social media, and calling their phone number (which doesn’t work), she still hasn’t heard back, received her order or gotten her money back. I think it’s such a shame, this website has a lot of great products, but it’s just not worth paying for something you don’t feel safe that you will receive. Scamming people will never be okay, I really hope they will do better in the future.

Ordered. Never arrived. They keep sending same standard e-mail over and over.

Wonderful experience overall, order went smoothly and arrived on time, with no problem whatsoever!
Products are amazing, a very good selections of very good quality brands, strongly recommended if you’re looking for luxury beauty products that you can’t find anywhere else!

Great site for buying quality beauty products! I have ordered several times and all times received my order quite fast. Also very good experience with their CS!

I placed an order on june 24th, I immediately got a confirmation that the order was placed but since then I haven't heard anything and still no order has been sent to me. I have emailed them three times and still no response. Definitely never purchasing from this site ever again.

Update: I heard back from customer service today that assured me my shipment would be on the way on Monday.

I stupidly didn’t check reviews for this website as I found them to be a stockist in Europe for the specific brand I shopped’s website.
Order placed over 10 days ago. Two emails sent asking for updates on a rather expensive order. And crickets. Nothing. Nada. No response.
I’m inclined to agree with other reviewers that it’s a scam.

The company offers good products but they only sent 2 items from our order that had 7 items.
The rest they are supposed to send according to them but it's been 6 weeks.

They don't respond on mail and their phone number provided doesn't work.

Never received my order, and my mails are not getting answered. Been over 1 month !

I put a good review of this company in December 2022 which is below. However I have now had the opposite experience. Sadly as i had expected the same and was a bit disappointed.

I ordered three weeks ago and my good have not arrived. The company did not respond to my requests to look at it. I gave up and asked for a refund. No responses. Now I am in contact with the bank who are requesting me to make a police report then revert with it so we can do chargeback.

I'm sad as I didn't want this experience with a small company and hoped to give them a chance to resolve but I have no options left. I'm sad since it was nice to support a small business but they do need to reply and be there and - they aren't. Sorry Celest Beauty but I had to write here since I had given a good review before and now you have cost me hours of chasing and now having to report you.

I have bought from Caelestebeauty, Sweden twice now. I live in Denmark. They sell a product that I really wanted and is hard to get. So I am grateful for the enabling me to get it. They are efficient, fast, keep me informed. They don't afterwards bombard me with marketing - which many companies do today and becomes irritating. I also wasn't requested to write this by them. I have done so as I have found the experience very positive and will order from them again for sure. I hope that helps anyone else thinking of ordering from them.
