Great fun clay pigeon shooting!!
Went clay pigeon shooting with my son, both of us our fist time. Had a great time, made all the better thanks to our great instructor David. Would highly recommend for friendly competition.

I decided to visit as local to me but not as good as the 'original' Whittlesey Gun Shop sadly. I bought a used back-up/second clay gun in January 2024. Returned it twice as faulty (despite going to their 'gunsmith' under warranty) so agreed a swap with another secondhand gun (March 2024). I've traded the replacement gun in today (27 July 2024) at another dealer (I've used before) only to discover the forend had been damaged and glued as a repair which I didn't notice on purchase. Perhaps they didn't know but it was spotted today in a few minutes under inspection 🤷♂️. The chap who 'looks after' shotgun customers was unapologetic and had zero customer service skills at the time of these previous purchases/exchanges. Cartridge prices were higher than anywhere I've seen as well. Cadman Sporting have seemingly ruined what used to be a decent local gunshop/gunsmith. I'd rather travel further for better quality and customer service than waste my time and petrol visiting again only to be disappointed and lose money. Avoid!
What's the point of having an online enquiry form if no one ever comes back to you, obviously doesn't want or need to sell any of the items advertised.
I'll get in touch with Carl Russell at least he is reliable and can be bothered to answer.
