Not above-and-beyond but very solid.
Allard doesn't check the email for the site daily but he does check it. I recommend waiting for him to respond instead of going elsewhere. If you're too impatient to wait, I don't know if growing cacti is for you.
Compared to other sources of the same seeds:
The prices are excellent.
The germination rate (in the same conditions) is almost 10% higher.
Are they the right seeds? The seeds and seedlings look right, but it's impossible to be 100% sure at this stage. If they turn out to just be lookalikes and not as described I'll definitely be angry enough to come back and edit this in 6-8 months. If you're reading this 9 months from now and I haven't changed it, take that as a good sign.

My package arrived 8 days after shipped 10 days after order was placed. The box was damaged but I do not blame it on them. I would be cautious when ordering anything that needs to maintain it's structure.

You can't get better service and quality than Cactus Plaza. My cacti came fast and discreet. I found out a few days later that cacti-munching snails love them too.

Very trustworthy and execellent service. I was notified when my package was despatched and it arrived within the estimated time, safely packed and intact, the seeds were very in good condition and labeled well. Cactus Plaza is great!
I will start and say they send almost every cacti i order bigger, one of them was 15 cm and i order 11 cm!
They have great support and they answer e-mails fast and with truly care!
Lastly bat, at least for me, that thing makes Cactus Plaza the best choice is that they have hard grown cacti, and the price is better from others they don't!!

I ordered twice from this company in Holland. Both times the service was fast and friendly despite me messing up the PayPal payment at my end. The plants arrived as fast as if I'd ordered from the UK. Packaging 2nd to none.
