I have another problem with this casino. I asked by email to self-exclude me, I sent it on March 22, 2026 and I did not receive any response. I spoke to the chat agent and he told me to come back with another email. My problem is that they do not want to self-exclude me permanently. Do not play at this casino, all the slots are rigged. I deposited 2500 euros and I have not had a win greater than 40 euros in any game, after almost 100 deposits made. This indicates to me that the slots are fake, and what they are doing is a fraud

I don’t recommend it as I have made a deposit I lost it in fiew minutes I have made another deposit I managed to win something somehow then I went straight to the withdrawal and once I requested after 2 minutes I got a message saying that I have to wager my deposit x3 around 150€ I had to wager which somehow every game I played it didn’t paid me at all and lost it all strange isn’t is first casino where I played and I have to wager my deposit x3 is ridiculous,I understand x1 because of money laundering but not x3 stay away.

Played while I was on a trip here and didn't run into any problems. Needs a bigger game selection. But happy with everything. Unsure why not many people have reviewed here?
