Wouldn't have taken anything at all to correct this. Apparently customer satisfaction means nothing to them. Too bad because it would have been a great gift. Now I have nothing.
I ordered a necklace for a friend for her birthday. Took 7 weeks to get it, and it wasn't even close to what I had ordered. I have been trying to get a response from customer service for the last 15 days and they will NOT get back in touch with me. There site clearly states you will get a response within 24 hours. I tried to use their instant message and all the person on the other end said was ... sorry. Then she cut me off. Now it doesn't work.
