Superb!
Excellent service, no fuss they just got on with my order. Website is clear and easy to navigate and prices are great compared to most other suppliers. A1 from me

Very quick process, next day delivery, would definitely use this company again
Great prices, good delivery turn around. Would definitely use them again.
With the phone manufacturers changing from micro connector to type C. I bought adapters from this company instead of changing all my cables. Excellent service and quality adapters at a very good price.
I needed a USB-C to DisplayPort cable urgently to get my display working on my new macbook. I searched a lot of places for a short 1m cable, but no one had one on the shelf. So had to resort to buying online.
I considered places like RS, Currys PC World and a few others, but Cable Depot were slightly cheaper, but this was not really a factor for me. The variety of cables they have online is huge (you have to kind of look past the slightly dated looking website).
I phoned yesterday (Monday 26th April) morning, the chap was helpful, and i decided to place an order around midday.
I had read the mixed reviews and thought I would give them a chance as the phone call was courteous and professional. By 1pm Tuesday 27th April, my cable arrived (I paid for the FedEx 1-2 day delivery).
It was well packaged inside and out. It looked very well made and the connectors appear gold plated. The cable is substantial and not flimsy at all (I'm an electrician so I inspect cables more than most!). The joints and connectors seem like any other high quality branded cable.
Plugged in to my machine, it works flawlessly. I reckon I only needed an 80cm cable, but we can't have everything I guess!
I will definitely use again and recommend them to others. It seems some silly people like to leave poor reviews for the sake of it, but my experience has been nothing but excellent.
Just for reference, I purchased the USB3C-8KDP-1M.
I can't understand the negative feedback I received excellent service from start to finish.... and, I'd noticed when they sent me an email to say item had been despatached that the postcode was my home one not my work one .. I emailed them and they replied straight away to say they had noticed that it was wrong and changed it .. not many places do that ... and I received it next day. I can only speak as I find and would not hesitate recommending them and would certainly use again in the future.
I had a bad experience buying a 15m ethernet cable from this company. I bought a 15m ethernet cable from them. It arrived and immediately on testing it, it would lose connection between router and laptop. I had other smaller ethernet cables lying around - I tried those and they worked perfectly. I am sure that it was the cable that was at fault. They told me to send it back to them for testing. So I initially paid £9.11 for the cable, plus I paid £3.10 for the postage back. I chased them after a week of no communication from them, and on asking them if they had received the cable back, they said they were testing the cable at that time, and could see no fault with it. This I found strange because I had tried it many times on my laptop and it never worked properly - I wish I had whatsapped them whilst I still had the cable as I had no proof that it was faulty - because they now had the cable back. They refunded me the £9.11 initial payment but did not refund the extra £3.10 postage, even though I knew that the cable was faulty. I will not trade with this company again.
P.S. I became rude with them because there was no way for me to talk to them on the phone - I could not find a phone number to ring - so I became extremely frustrated with them for telling me in email that it was working perfectly fine on their laptop - however it was just their word - how was I to know they were telling the truth? Had we had a proper phone conversation before I sent it back and possibly a whatsapp video call then they could have seen what the issue was. As stated I tried the laptop on more than one ethernet cable I already had and they worked fine. Why then did their cable not work?? I should just have gone to Currys - they were selling a cable of the same length only a bit dearer - in retrospect, at least I could have gone back to them with any issues I had.
I repeat - I'll never trade with this company again - ok, they did communicate with me but only in email. I did give them my phone number in email but they didn't phone me up. At the end of the day, I'm £3.10 out of pocket, and I don't think I should be.

Needed some new network cabling for our new home office, really good prices and quick delivery, went for the full copper cables and very impressed with the quality for the price.
If i could give it 0 stars i would. Customer service were rude, sarcastic and entirely unhelpful. Don't waste your time with this company.

I'd need to be pretty desperate to deal with them a second time. Poor communication, poor customer support. Their delivery services states "3 to 5" days. It should actually read "3 x 5" days. Very disappointed.
Further to your response, it apparently took you three days to post a couple of cables. When I called you, the guy I spoke to was not interested in helping, hence the poor customer support statement. So basically no, I am not reviewing Royal Mail, I'm reviewing you!!!

Delivery good but although the dual headphone/usb c is cheap I expected it to work. Was offered chance to return for testing of the usb c adaptor side but they would not confirm that if it worked on their equipment I would not be charged postage to return to me. Not worth me paying petrol and the postage to send back.
